Hi I have a T5 (32 version) which I am converting into a camper van based on the T25 style. Ive been attempting to cover my sun visors with "perforated vinyl" and failing repeatedly as the edging looks terrible when glueing it. You have made it look so easy so many thanks for revitalising my confidence. I just wish I could use a sowing machine lol

Absolutely top drawer finish...The level of effort and skill to learn fusion in order to make small parts that are needed is unreal. Thank you for sharing and inspiring,👋

Amazing to know you put in the time, effort and detail into what is definitely a 'forgotten' part that we see everyday but then never really think about. Keep up the awesome work Steve.

Once finished they look like an easier simple job but to see what actually goes into it is amazing. Great video as always Steve 👍

They look absolutely amazing and most certainly worth the money you are charging. The R&D alone is worth the cost. Question, can you do them in plum Alcantara?

      Thanks!
Plum Alcantara wouldn't be a problem at all.

Do you think you could make some of these for a 2003 Vito? I’ve trimmed a lot of the parts but I would not tackle visors and seats…

I love your work, I have one question I would like to ask and that is why oh why do people Rave on about Alcantara, it’s just very expensive plastic, nothing more. I would soon have the real thing Suede, I take it you don’t retrim seat in make believe leather, no you use the real thing, unless I guess it’s for a Vegan person, then I guess their only choices are cloth or plastic look a like leather, which from a eco point of view is wrong

I suppose it's just preference. To be fair most manufacturers advertise 'full leather' but only the face will be real leather and the rest is vinyl. I've even seen vinyl used on Lamborghini seats.
But from an upholsters perspective, there is less waste when it comes to a material on a roll vs a skin, theres no scars or damage to contend with as it's 100% throughout and it mimics the characteristics of suede very well. I can always tell from just looking at a seat if its leather vs vinyl. The seams never lay the same.
