I bought a 300 series last fall. Maybe not totally quiet but so much better than what I had before it is fine. I also like the stainless steel interior and not having a heating coil on the bottom. I do have two issues though. First the print on the panel is so small and unlit which makes it difficult to use. The second is programming for tech -challenged seniors like myself. Reading the manual is like reading it in Chinese for me. The quick start is very misleading. When I bought my new LG clothes washer I found a UA-cam video that went step by step and the host even emailed me a suggestion sheet to print out with many excellent suggestions. If only there was one for my DW.

We had that kitchen aid. Threw it away after 2 years. It was absolutely terrible. Endless errors and failures

KitchenAid is a piece of junk. I had one in 2015 and just moved into a house with the exact one. They both failed the same way. Mine lasted 2 years. I just bought a Bosch 300 for my new house.
