- Blake Shelton was feeling the love on his birthday this weekend! The country star turned 46 years old on Saturday and was treated to a bday surprise during his set at the Country Summer Music Festival in Santa Rosa, Calif. by his wife Gwen Stefani. In a video shared to his social media, Blake looked shocked as his 52-year-old rockstar wife walked out on stage with a chocolate cake and started singing "Happy Birthday To You" with his many fans in the crowd also joining in!

It makes my brain turn inside out everytime I'm reminded shes 5 ir more years older then Blake. It looks like she's 10 - 12 years younger then him and he looks about 5 - 7 years older then he is. Just a observation. IM A HUGE FAN OF BOTH. Their physical age appearance compared to their actual ages just baffles me.
Yes I agree. Blake has always been an old soul. Gwen looks like she is frozen in time or aging backwards. She looks and acts younger. The kids got a cool mom as a rocker!
Well Gwen has some enhancements that Blake hasn't had. Blake gained weight & his hair is turning gray since he's been with Gwen. She needs to put him on the diet she's on & color his hair. Why does she want to look younger but allows her hubby to look older?

For his birthday as a couple, Blake requested Gwen to perform her own songs during his set while he was watching on the side, he made his band rehearse few of her songs. He is just so damn proud of her.

Clearly Blake is the type of guy that loves his partners with him as much as possible. It was his own idea for Gwen to record songs with him. He also attends many of her things like last week the Julie Andrews tribute she spoke at and Gwen’s performance with the LA symphony at the Hollywood Bowl. They enjoy being together and performing together as much as possible.
Miranda wanted to be known for her own career, not just as Blake’s wife, so she didn’t perform stuff with him as often as he probably wanted her to.
And Gwen doesn’t need to “steal his limelight”. She’s Gwen Stefani, a worldwide icon who had hit songs, Grammy nominations and sold millions of records years before Blake ever had his big break with Austin.

Blake is as dry as an eyeball. Personality wise.
He is not. He is very funny, easy going and loveable guy. Adam Levine and Carson love him despite their different background. Leslie Jones from SNL said he was her favourite host. If he doesn’t have good personality NBC wouldn’t keep him for 22 seasons.

He wasn’t surprised. He flew her with him to the concert on his private plane. He knew she was there. Blake isn’t wild anyway. That’s one of the reasons he moved out of Nashville to his Oklahoma ranch in 2006. He’s more family oriented and a homebody. That doesn’t mean you can’t still be fun/have fun. They have a blast on his ranch. If you saw the behind the scenes videos from Gwen on his birthday, it looks like they were having a pretty good “party” on his tour bus before the show with food, drink and Hank Jr playing.
