    ► Skinwalker Ranch: An Overview
► In the ranching heartland of America, a plot of land known as Skinwalker Ranch has been dubbed the strangest place on Earth. The ranch is a large, 480-acre property located in north-east Utah, Uintah County, not far from the small town of Roosevelt. This property borders the Ute Indian Reservation whose people are said to not enter this area as they believe the territory is a hotspot for Skinwalker activity. There are some reports of unusual things happening in this place over centuries, but in the 1950s and onwards things picked up. And in 1994, the Sherman family acquired the ranch, and they had quite the tale to tell.

Hey all! I put a poll up about 12 days ago and asked whether you felt the various phenomena reported at the ranch was real, fiction or if you were skeptical but open minded. The results were:
Skeptical but Open Minded - 59%
    Absolutely Real - 20%
    Pure Fiction - 21%
So basically right down the middle. Which would you have voted for?

Thankyou for your work on Skinwalker Ranch. There are a lot of people out there who do believe in the stuff that goes on there, and all of the other places with “High Strangeness” all over the USA / Earth. We are the “crazy conspiracy theorists” aka Truth Seekers. I am very grateful for what you took part in, by proving these things to the world. People will eventually catch up and be grateful too (though that prob wont be any time soon!) but right now, most people are just too ignorant to realise that the Government hide things (and SO many things too!) from the general public. Also, the reason your dog wont want to be there, will be because of the (were)Wolves and Dogmen that lurk on the property - he will be able to smell them from inside the car - he is being sensible. Though I am surprised he hasn’t tried to stop you getting out too!
(The response to Covid should have been concerning to everyone with a decent brain in their heads - yet the majority of people just put on a mask and did whatever the Governments of our world told them. Even though the majority of it wasn’t based in true science or even with using common sense.)

I think it has been vastly exaggerated yet a lot of truth to it. Also information held back.
In 1975, here in England i had an encounter with what i saw as a Werewolf (Yes i know 'sounds crazy!) Yet very true. It was no paranormal experience either. This was a beast that looked like what i thought to be a Werewolf yet i knew no different and what took me to search for something similar became a dead end until 8 years ago where i found others had also experienced what i had. The Problem was identifying it because werewolves look like a hairy man with legs or so the history books tell us but what i saw had rippling muscle, hair, Hands and Canine legs plus an over enlarged head with a 'long snout' (like a real ugly wolf).. It was well over 6ft in height and standing on those canine (Hock) legs comfortably. It was in my face, 5/6 inches too, snarling and growled so loud it rumbled through my body like nothing that i have ever heard to this day, I literally wet myself from the fear it gave. It also drooled on me with hot breath and smelled like a rotting dead animal. When i managed to find the strength to run for my very life it gave chase and i could hear it behind me all the way 'thinking any minute now and i am dead.. but it let me go.
I never took a breath running from it and screaming. It was not a man in fancy dress or was it a ghost. It proved to me it was 100% a real beast, also in my observation it was completely impossible for any costume to be made back then which mimicked the movement of it's facial expression and movement. I was for a short time paralysed in that fear, i got a damn good look of it because i did not believe what i was seeing. No one will ever tell me what i saw that night or will anyone say there are no monsters.
I am obviously fortunate to be alive to tell this encounter too yet l i rarely do because i still have PTSD from talking about to relive the memory of it. I spoke to a woman in USA who recorded it that also had a similar encounter to me, if you want the full encounter than let me know and i will send it to you. Just for the record i would take a lie detector to show i speak in truth, i am too old for all BS where i hear many people making it up for attention, that is not me, 'Truth is truth and it should be told and not covered up and i do not care what others may think either for what i describe is a reality, yet not enough speak of it.

I've always had a feeling about the stories I hear of them here (UK) and U.S and this along with a select few other witness testimonies have solidified my personal belief that there is with certainty a sub canid species walking this earth. I've heard of a few other mysterious happenings on ranches. Buffalo Ranch is probably the most known one after Skinwalker Ranch. However, the Bedtime Stories channel uncovered one from a small town in Clearview Colorado. The owner of that ranch discovered that he could induce paranormal activity by burying precious metals out in the field. Allegedly it happened without fail. The family eventually left after things became too much. I mention it because it might be interesting if someone were ro bury precious metals on the grounds of Skinwalker Ranch and see if anything interesting happens.
Personally I think it's a Conjuring Philip situation, but I'm open to the idea of there being more to things there, whether normal or paranormal.

it was supposedly mentioned in the deed of the property when conveyed to the Sherman's from the Meyers, that in that document it was implicitly stated "to absolutely never dig or disturb the ground on the property" or more precisely "in particular specific locations on the property". Or if it were necessary for the Sherman's to dig on the property or in those specific places, that the deed said "before digging to contact us [The Meyers] immediately". I am not sure if this is fact, obviously, but one could verify this in a real way. This could be done by going to the town hall or city hall of whatever town the ranch is actually situated in (I think either Ballard or Fort Duchesne, UT) and to go to that hall's office of the registry of deeds. It is said that the ranch is "southeast of Ballard, UT", but I am unsure of the exact location. Thus one must figure out the particular city or town in Utah the ranch is exactly confined within, and again head to that town/city hall and the registry of deeds of that jurisdiction and pull up the entire record of deeds to that particular property ( i don't know the exact address either but one could do a name search for the deed, obviously using the names of "Meyers" and "Sherman") This deed info is public record and SHOULD be available to anyone conducting a standard deed search in within the ranch's specific jurisdiction. However, with all the clandestine organizations, groups, and entities involved with the ranch property and those groups and people who have owned and who currently own the ranch property; right now; there very well may be some, if not all the information (in terms of the deed of the ranch) unavailable, blocked, redacted etc. etc. As I am sure someone more adept than I has perhaps attempted this before, or maybe even many have attempted this, thus the reason for the small western town's registry of deeds blocking access to this deed. A small office getting inundated, with far more than normal traffic to the office, would be a valid reason for denying access, in my opinion. Those poor people don't get paid enough to deal with a fanatic faction of the public. Skinwalker Ranch has gained a ton of popularity and been a staple of pop culture as of late with the UFO/UAP disclosure movement coinciding with that popularity. Nonetheless, it would be worth a try. This is so because; if "the digging clause" as it has been dubbed, was actually on or in the deed somewhere, it would certainly go against the relative of the Meyers who said nothing happened, and would corroborate and give credence to some of the high strangeness associated with digging on the ranch as was highlighted on the History channels eponymous show; The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch. Anyways, thought I would share that little tidbit!!!! Would be cool to find out!

From time mark 39:00 A Long Read...
The "Hitchhiker" effect and validity of claims at SkinWalker Ranch.
It comes to me as no surprise, that there's mixed feelings in regard to the findings at SkinWalker Ranch.
At anytime, on any day, you could pose questions in this comment section as far as the paranormal, preternatural, or even aliens from outer space and you're going to get just as many strong opinions as you're going to get responses! When in comes to these topics, people become extremely opinionated. And adamant that they're correct. Why is this?
This is because these fields are virtually unexplored by mainstream science and academia snubs its nose at all such topics. There's a distinct reason and backstory to why this is the case, but I can't get into it here or this comment will be the length of a short novel! Suffice it to say, neither science nor academia has any worthwhile gained knowledge on any of the above mentioned topics, with the one possible exception being 'aliens from outer space'. And if they do have knowledge of that one, they're still not talking so it's a moot point at this time.
The subjects causing wide opinions, are not studied by mainstream. And as said earlier, academia and others snub their noses at the mere mention of these topics. Therefore, a certain amount of people are going to follow the scientific community and academia, and likewise scoff at the idea. And with that, most close their minds to even the possibility of there being something to it. After all, in the eyes of the scientific, talk of the paranormal realm is the butt end of a joke. Talk of angels & demons and other entities amongst us, is laughed at by academia. Therefore we cannot expect people to just believe these things are a reality, since they've been taught by the secular world they're not! Most people who believe in such things, are people who claim to have had an experience first hand, or, they've been raised in a religious tradition that teaches the reality of the spiritual realm. So there we have a few categories of individuals and why their opinions and beliefs vary.
What most people don't consider: Science as we've made it, is specifically designed to learn and discover things in the natural world around us. The 'scientific method' is used to validate natural things around us. But science is ill equipped and unable to confirm or deny any phenomena when that phenomena is outside of the natural realm. Science is not designed to answer those questions, the scientific method is not applicable outside the natural realm, therefore science can make no fact based or intelligent conclusions on certain topics. And that's something that an extremely high number of people don't realize. You can't look to science for answers, when science in not equipped to get those answers. We must look elsewhere. And this often falls to the categories of religion and/or philosophy, where answers can be found. But again, peoples perceptions of these institutions has become warped, and most do not even remotely understand what each has to offer for answers. And much if this is because of the scientific communities desire in the last 75 years, to be dominant over the others, so works to discredit the others as 'unimportant' or as 'nonsense'. This if course is entirely wrong, as they have as much to offer to the discussion as science does and in many cases have much more to offer. So for those seeking real answers, the first thing they must do, is reconcile in themselves that each of these disciplines is on equal standing with the other. Because if you can't draw knowledge from those that already know, the only way you're ever going to get answers is if you have your own experience with each of these phenomena. And lets face it, that's an extremely long shot of ever happening!
Specifics regarding SkinWalker Ranch. First of all, we know that many people have had different experiences on the ranch. Some say nothing ever happened, others say things always happened. What we do know is that phenomena of a spiritual nature, whether called paranormal or preternatural, affect everyone differently. Just because one family never saw anything and the next family was bombarded with activity, is a well known trait to those in the know. One family is unaffected, while another has never ceasing torment. Our religious texts and documents have told us of these things for hundreds of years. Original documents, back through and predating the middle ages give us mountains of documented cases of this. They explain to us how these are intelligent forces/entities, sentient beings. They have their own will, and follow their own ways. And this for example is why the scientific method is incompatible with documenting such things. Because tests are not always repeatable, no more than a test on me would show I tie my shoes at exactly the same time every day. Its because you cant teat repeatability on an individuals actions, no more than predict what an intelligent other worldly entity will do next. But we CAN observe over ling periods of time and learn of their patterns and habits. And this we've done for at least over 600 years or more. For example, the scientific group said they "learned of" a group they dubbed the hitchhikers, a short number of years back. Dare I tell them that our religious texts written centuries ago, have told us in detail about the "hitchhiker" effects? Although not called hitchhikers, but called spiritual attachments. We've known forever about them. And my point comes somewhat full circle here so I'll close for now.
The scientists at SkinWalker ranch who became hosts for the hitchhikers and subsequently claimed they learned about them, could have fone into their study at the ranch with full knowledge the hitchhikers would be there, and additionally, with the knowledge to know how to prevent them from attaching to them and causing their families harm! All those scientists needed to do, was to ask the people in the know, and read the texts that tell us about them and how to jeep them from attaching themselves to us. And they would have been set.
But as usual the real problem lies within the closed minds of people, dead set on following just one discipline of their own choosing, while ignoring the others as either inferior or unneeded. Through the history of mankind, we've accumulated a vast treasure of documents, written by both brilliant men and experiencers that came and went countless generations before us. If only people today would set aside their arrogance and stop believing todays generation is the most knowledgable on every subject there is, the answers are there waiting for you to discover them. No professor on a college campus is going to teach you this kind of true knowledge, you've got to get it yourself.

We don’t have those kind of capabilities point-blank we don’t we have some pretty highly technical advanced technology that the average person might not be aware of, but it’s not a huge leap. It’s not a huge secret that that is probably the case but nothing on these levels, this is something there’s more to things than the person wants to understand and you have to realize that most people who are not spiritual, who are not highly technologically trained would this frightening it would derail society if people understood what is going on but the writing is on the wall the evidence is there so the sooner people come to terms with it and accept it you can keep living in denial with the pillow over your head as long as you want, but it doesn’t change. Reality doesn’t change the fact that it is what it is. I can also assume that your head hasn't exploded from the existential sudo-reality crisis, after having found out all of this classified info that you are inferring. I can imagine a scenario where full disclosure would actually bring the world population greater peace and maybe prosperity if we all had a new shared reality shift that was undeniable in which the universal laws actually dictated that black was white and two and two equals three and we breathe H2O instead of O2 . Maybe all the other petty bullshit, political and religious squabbles would become less important or maybe non-existent in this new enlightened age that only you yourself and some other special select few people are privy to the knowledge of?
