To make this keychain you will need any metal ring /or lobster clasp swivel, 4 cords (1m or 40") each and 1 cord (30 cm or 12") and wooden bead.

Just curious if I wanted to do this on a key ring instead is there another way of starting this without only using a few strings
There is another way to make macrame heart on keyring, but it will look a bit different

I used the lengths given and the cords were not nearly long enough to complete the knots. So sad 😞.

I am guessing she must be using 2mm; I tried it with 3mm and ran out of length long before the keychain was complete. Perhaps a thinner cord would solve this issue.
