While I don't know what it was in this case, it was probably an mv or concert clip. I've seen lots of behind the scenes things with members of different groups talking about not sleeping or barely sleeping for days to film music videos. Kpop is especially tough on their singers.
tried that once with less than 2 hours sleep in 24 hours consequently for a few days while working on a project, ended up vomiting in the toilet and having irregular heart beats.... seriously, it's really really awful and it might really kill you.... hope no one needs to do that anymore.... wish them best!
