The Cool Choir here does a beautifully melodic rendition of "Let The River Run" written by Carly Simon, commissioned by director Mike Nichols, released in 1989 in the music soundtrack to the movie, "Working Girl" (1988). "The Simpsons" cartoon show used it to end the first episode in its 30th season (2019). Carly Simon won the Academy Award for Best Original Song in 1989. The song also won a Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song at the 46th Golden Globe Awards... and a Grammy Award for Best Song Written Specifically for a Motion Picture or Television in 1990.
