There are a lot of things I miss about “old school” college football, but I gotta admit, this has been a fun season. Great matchups every week between some of the most iconic programs in CFB. And as great as this conference looks today, I’d love to see how it would have played out before scholarship roster limits, and the transfer portal created enough parity to kinda dilute the monsters of the old days. I mean, who ya like to win this conference if it was Schembechler or Carr’s Michigan, Hayes or Tressel’s Ohio St., JoePa’s Penn st., Robinson’s USC, Osborne’s Nebraska, Frye’s Iowa, Vermeil’s UCLA, and Alvarez Wisconsin?
Rutgers-Maryland the "Footprint Bowl". "Footprint" was the phrase getting tossed around when everyone was wondering why the Big wanted to add these two. It used to be (off and on) the rivalry game and still should be, imo. They keep wanting PSU and Maryland to be a rivalry but Maryland's never good enough to make it stick. PSU-MSU is the better season ender.
I don't know if they still do much trapping in Wisconsin, but I'm guessing they do. What kind of animal I'm not sure. Muskrat pelts or something like that, maybe. But I do know that they like to shoot ducks around this time of year. They build these little shacks made out of sticks to hide in along rivers and in lakes and wait for the ducks to fly by. then they blast the little suckers right outta the sky. They call it a sport, but to me it would seem like more of a competition if the ducks had a gun, too.

I agree that the best thing that happened to The Ohio State was the 1 pt loss. Released the pressure cooker♨️
Hopefully Penn State will meet Ohio State in the playoff!
USC-Nebraska the "Hot Seat Bowl".
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ! talking about end of Season - already ? Man, that is depressing
Agreed. this was a good one. You can read the signs when they start adding basketball segments in the weekly shows.
I’ve been looking at this Oregon Wisconsin game all year. Seems like a trap.
