You should absolutely never hold on to someone unless you have total control. Holding on can kill you in most situations. Derek smith is a perfect example of why you dont hold on

This is the first time I disagree with you. Brian Shaw has the strongest known grip on the planet. He has a grip blob gauntlet challenge he does with other strongmen and nobody is even close to his grip strength. He would destroy every single arm wrestler in that grip challenge. Now as far as specific armwrestling grip feats...I don't know.

Ermes was a lot more fired up against Levan, so I don’t think it’s an accurate comparison with his match against Devon where he wasn’t feeling confident at all.
Kurdecha has the largest frame, but yeah his hands are not as large in relation to his size, they're large but not that big. Tired of this Brian Shaw gimmick, screw the guy we got seasoned pros competing and entertaining us and we couldn't be happier seeing them do what they do best
I don't put much comparative stock in the Devon-Ermes match. Of the 3-0 score, One win on fouls, another on a lucky flash pin. While I think Devon beats Ermes regardless, Devon caught Ermes on an especially bad day, and it was way easier than it should have been.
No Genadi? Weird. He won and it will look bad, if he not clear him in a rematch. For me personally Genadi is Nr1 even if he wins against Levan. Yeah, blah, u can blame me for that, but i´m sure if it would be in a different way, you would say the same (if someone would be Nr1 but had a lose with Devon).
@@davesufci1929 You are brainless that´s it. Devon lost to genadi in his new form. Ermes beat Genadi. Jerry lost to Ermes... On the way to levan Devon lost against Genadi (which was able to get pins on Ermes even he lost). And even Devon himself want to clear Genadi. Otherwise it would look bad for Devon. If he can´t beat Genadi, he shouldn´t be the Nr 1guy.
It’s hilarious that a guy who doesn’t know how to arm wrestle is giving advice to guy like Brian shaw nd disagreeing with a guy who is on top of the world (Devon), Pradeep stop ur bs
Devon might be good for the sport because he is popular, but I don’t want to watch him on Rogan. 2.5 to 3 hours of a guy talking about how awesome he is will suck.
It’s gonna suck all around If Devon wins then we have to hear everyone say levan isn’t 100% because of his wrist If he looses we will here how levan is even stronger than he was before
Brian is really 6ft7, and Vitaly is 6ft9. Bigger hands than Brian. Not even a fair comparison in that domain. More grip strength, as measured on the gripper.
BELIEFS don't win matches, tools and knowledge to use those tools is what wins matches. Ermes always had problems with long armed armwrestlers, therefore Devon's beliefs are riding on wishful thinking and LUCK.
Unfortunately Devon doesn't have a chance. Devon is too old now. Levan will be much stronger than before, Devon is going to get injured bad this time, muscle torn off the bone
Again the comparisons with the Ermes match. There's no point in comparing that match... 1st: Devon had a press, Levan didn't/doesn't. Imagine if Devon didn't have one for Ermes. Ermes was just going to hold him there, and it would have been and endurance battle. And Ermes' endurance is not bad. Imagine if Levan had a press... he wouldn't have any need to elbow fault to reset and have another chance to flashpin Ermes... (if Levan wasn't going to get all those elbow faults Ermes was going to win 4 - 3 that match). The match would have been over as much faster as, if not even more than, the match with Devon... 2nd: Ermes was not ready for that match. Ermes couldn't prepare since he had the Jerry match just 4 weeks before (and the preparation he did for Jerry was not very suitable for opponents like Larrat (Jerry=almost 0 wrist, a lot of side pressure; Larrat=all wrist))... These are not excuses, as Ermes always says. Ermes lost. These are explanations why that match shouldn't be taken in comparison...
It doesn't matter. Ermes already told you that he doesn't change his fundamental training for an opponent. He worked on some table specifics for Jerry, but his training was all the same. It wasn't until Devon exposed his weaknesses that Ermes realised the importance of Devon's advice regarding training. Ermes wouldhave lost the exact same way to Devon if he'd had 6 months to prepare for him, as at that time Ermes's training wasn't specific enough. I still think he'd lose the same way to Devon now, as devon has improved again significantly since that match. If Devon hadlost to Gerogi, you wouldn't be giving the same explanations for Devon's loss coming just a few weeks after his match with Denis, etc.
@@salvificblood nothing more wrong... Ermes already knew he had to improve his wrist... right after the Levan's match (where he was constantly losing his wrist)... Would you improve your wrist in a 4 months training to face Jerry Cadorette?? No... he always lose his wrist... Indeed Ermes training was more focussed on sidepressure, and overall inside game. Ermes didn't have ANY strategy against Larrat. And no, you don't know what would have happened if he had 6 months to specifically prepare for Larrat. Ermes had his weaknesses already exposed by Levan, but since that match went pretty well for him, it didn't motivate Ermes to immediately train his wrist again... Instead the Larrat match was an horrible experience for Ermes. Not because Larrat exposed his weaknesses once again, but because of the way it went...
@@eddie0Fll This is all "After the fact", hindsight based reasoning. At the time, Ermes didn't believe he needed to do anything differently with his training to beat Devon. He had complete confidence and trust in his superior back and side pressure combined with his press to defeat Devon. This is a fact, not a series of speculations like yours. You're acting as if Ermes never had a chance to train his hand and wrist for half a year. What is this comment that Devon didn't expose Ermes's weaknesses but it's just "how things went"? That is such a soft mindset. Oh, things just went against me. I am not weak in certain areas, but I am just being hard done by. I am glad Ermes didn't have the same mindset as you and just accepted that he needs to improve certain specific strengths.
@@emanlover9491 By comparing Ermes and Levan match, see levan struggled when ermes used press, but devon had no big problem when ermes pressed. Levan must use press if he wants to dominate

Dude what about Vitali laletin's grip strength in comparison
bigger and better than Brian in arm strength!
Plz teach Brian Shaw
I really hope Devon has been training a ton of back pressure. In their first match he had nowhere near enough to be competitive.
Yes, pradeeps armwrestling advice is what brian should listen to over and instead of devons advice lol.
I’d say Devon’s probably around 15th in the world left, but that’s just my opinion (and yes, I know he “doesn’t train his left” - but that’s not the point)
Yeah its real stupid to disagree with the most knowledgeable armwrestler in history,if Devon said it,its probably right, check yourself
When in the world did Devon say his left could’ve beat prime Dennis
5:30 eh Vitaly?
don't you guys realize that devons 'unfloppable' song is actually a cover of the song that levan walks out to before his supermatches?
not a coincidence.
You should absolutely never hold on to someone unless you have total control. Holding on can kill you in most situations. Derek smith is a perfect example of why you dont hold on
1:40 you are wrong on this one, maybe because you dont compete as Ermes said😂. But, seriously, there need to be 'rest time' in preperation, after those peaks of strenght.. So, no, Devon had planned this and he needs this 2 and a half week to rest and to be on his maximume peak! 💪
Everything is Everything but not Everything is Everything in everyway lol. Its easy to conflate things if you dont understand that fact.
Shaws a noodle man...
😂shaws first match vs leonidas
Jesus who cares already. These guys are really beating a dead horse now. Just get to the match already. This pre match “hype” is getting tedious and makes me want to just not buy it now.
I mean, what do you want them to do, fast forward time? How exactly do you expect to “just get to the match already”? It’s on a set date. Nothing can make it come quicker
So they are just filling the time. Guess what though, you don’t have to watch these videos if it’s so tedious for you! It’s not an obligation
@@Day-ZDuke maybe you’re a little slow…
It means stop talking about it already. The videos are repetitive and everyone who’s going to buy it is already going to buy it already. No new fans are going to be gained from Devon saying “I’m gonna crack your wrist” (he won’t). Then him doing a dumb pronation lift that he’s been doing for years that levan is stronger than him on his first day trying it lol.
It’s all a big joke. Just get to the match and stop posting fake hype videos.
Take your own advice…you don’t have to respond to my comments…but you chose to. Sounds like a personal problem.
@@user-qk3bv3er1e wow just perfect. “Take your own advice” as you continue to whine and cry about videos on UA-cam.
And you’re the one who’s slow. This is what these channels do, this is what all entities do when trying to milk a massive event for all its worth. It’s not just about getting new fans or new buyers of PPV. It’s to get views for the channel owner, which in turn makes money.
You complaining about fake hype videos is about the biggest case of screaming into the void I’ve ever seen. They’re gonna happen regardless. Clearly the easy option is to not watch them . But you’re too stupid for that
@@user-qk3bv3er1e haha wow, you’re even more of an idiotic clown than I thought,
@@user-qk3bv3er1e
Ermes was a lot more fired up against Levan, so I don’t think it’s an accurate comparison with his match against Devon where he wasn’t feeling confident at all.
Devon is the new jack norris?
Bozo.
Kurdecha has the largest frame, but yeah his hands are not as large in relation to his size, they're large but not that big. Tired of this Brian Shaw gimmick, screw the guy we got seasoned pros competing and entertaining us and we couldn't be happier seeing them do what they do best
Devon always makes comments which makes no sense
I don't put much comparative stock in the Devon-Ermes match. Of the 3-0 score, One win on fouls, another on a lucky flash pin. While I think Devon beats Ermes regardless, Devon caught Ermes on an especially bad day, and it was way easier than it should have been.
Lucky flash pin?😂. How lucky was he? Oh wait, more than 20 years of armwrestling luck may be . Please..
Lucky flash pin? He did twicd
No Genadi?
Jerry is number 1 since he beat Genadi 🏆
@@umer597
😆
@yuragi1454 umer just make a fool from you..... Because by your dummy logic Jerry and Ermes are TOP 2.
What u think pradeep who'll win just a toss
Devon might be good for the sport because he is popular, but I don’t want to watch him on Rogan. 2.5 to 3 hours of a guy talking about how awesome he is will suck.
He already is on a podcast with Joe Rogans close friend, Lex Fridman and it was great
ua-cam.com/video/nvBEXXnNaNQ/v-deo.htmlsi=QesSbpmhzeLWPwph
It’s gonna suck all around
If Devon wins then we have to hear everyone say levan isn’t 100% because of his wrist
If he looses we will here how levan is even stronger than he was before
Devon really think that his left beat peack denis cyplenkov? Ahhahahhahahahahahhahahshhahahahahhahahahahhahahahahh delusional level are on the moon🤣
There should be a tournament with Enhanced Pancakes, Concrete Elbow and Armwrestling Newz as the final bosses.
He’s 6’8!!!! And twice the size of vitaly!!!!
Brian is really 6ft7, and Vitaly is 6ft9. Bigger hands than Brian. Not even a fair comparison in that domain. More grip strength, as measured on the gripper.
Lolllll he did this same crap before their last match!
I honestly to care for Devons Daughter. The way she dresses as a kid with her butt cheeks showing. She is or was a Minor.
Devon will lose against Leveon …!!!!!!😎😎😎😎🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈😎😎😎😎😎😎

Respectfully disagree with ABC logic.... many dreams have been shuttered believing in that logic.....
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Let's go!!! Brian Shaw will dominate 🇺🇸🦅
"Jerry match just 4 weeks before" 3 actually*
Ermes actually had a significant prep advantage over Devon who was sick before that match and couldn’t even think of armwrestling.
All your bakwaas will come to an end when levon will destroy devon in 6-0
Just say you love Levan and his large chubby hairy body
Dekhenge😊
Won't age well
So what?
You’re serious Pradeep? Brian Shaw ’s grip is even greater than Vitaly, Khaled and RVJ😂 plus why are you questioning the #1 armwrestler on the planet?
Have u seen Brian's videos of his grip strength?? His grip strength is unmatchable.
@@igormazurenko5377 No way vitality is #3 in the world in terms of crusing strength
When it comes to grip strenght dont forget Vitaly and tobias sporrong
6 0 🤡🤕😷🤣
Brian Shaw had the strongest grip in the world lol!!! Period
No - Vitaly has higher numbers, has the world record. Bigger hands . 6ft9 dude.... specializes in that.
I think Devon press could defeat levan
never happen bro i saw his press and it is not strong levan still destroy him by hook
@@emanlover9491 By comparing Ermes and Levan match, see levan struggled when ermes used press, but devon had no big problem when ermes pressed. Levan must use press if he wants to dominate
Vitaly has a higher grip strength and much bigger hands than Brian.
