They’re both rank 5 ascended, same mastery setup was used. The blade’s regen is better in that it’s fully on demand whereas Wolverine has more potential, it’s always RNG based and can take much longer than blade to heal. Lastly, while Blade didn’t get the incinerate proc due to danger sense, he’d still shrug it off with higher power bar as he can do with debuffs.
