I don't really feel like Vax is the leader sibling. This is just my uneducated POV ( I didn't watch Critical Role, only a few big scenes ) but it seems to me like he needs Vex more than Vex needs him.
@@VDA19That’s simply not true. She was the one who was jealous and defensive of Vax’s burgeoning romance with Keyleth and she was also the one who was worried about him when the Matron of Ravens was calling to him - ‘do not go far from me’. In the fight at the Ziggurat, she was willing to go to extreme lengths just to purge him of brainwashing. He may have ‘needed’ her more than she needed him when they were children, but as adults they are equally dependent on each other.
These voice actors are at the top of their game for real. The devastation when he shouts “SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING” is terrifying and downright heart wrenching
The show is based on a DnD campaign where all of the real life players work as voice actors in Hollywood and they voice their own character! Their combined resume is actually insane 😂
It's because when you lose someone who has been with you your entire life, you don't really see how your life could be without them. Like twins losing their twin.
"You dont need me. I need..." The VAs here are all in their best form. You can hear how they stutter to voice breaking. Percy at the back ground. Broken. It's like he was about to be possessed again.
0:45 to 1:20 is the part that breaks me. I understand this part even if I’m never going to have that reunion in my lifetime. I love you and miss you. Do not go far from me please.
Episode 3 just triggered all my feels for 13-2, and that was the primary reason I even heard of Vox Machina. "O'brien and Bailey are voicing characters that are... related? How quaint".
Oh yeah. The story was that they were developing their characters, and realized that they share the same birthday! So it made sense to have their first two be twin siblings. :)
Can someone please explain that when she was dying and he offered himself, there was this bond between them and it was cut off. Does this mean like that they’ve lost their special bond, connection, because after that Vax was really cold towards Vex. Like will this bond be restored or smth like that? Or was it a destiny like he changed it? Very confused so help me…
The bond was a sort of telepathic or emotional connection, from what I understand? Im assuming that was what was severed, and I’m not too sure about if it’s restored or not, I’m yet to find out
It was there individual fate, now that he serves the matron his fate was severed from his sister but they are still connected in some way, especially after he truly accepted his charge
I have a feeling the matron of ravens cut the link between the twins , Vax as now a fate distant from is sister and others. At least it's how I interpretaded it
What's your favourite "OH MY GOD" moment from the second series of The Legend Of Vox Machina? 🤔
Idk haven’t watched it yet so ty for ruining my experience
The point of putting "spoiler" in the title is to warn people, don't spoil the twist in the title
Thank you for spoiling that by advertising it, now I don't want to watch it, genius advertising well done
Seeing Vax go from being the older, leader sibling, to crying and saying "You left me..." when Vex went off on her own absolutely broke me.
They're twins... So, might still be older though...

I'm trying to remember this part in the campaign, but i'm struggling. Anyone knows if this backstory is ever explored in the campaign?

These voice actors are legit the best of the best. Matt, Laura and Liam O'Brien are in everything.
It makes sense because these are their characters. They used to rule them
Always let the rouge check for traps.
I could barely breathe when this happened on stream.
I didn't see Vax so emotionally devastated since Kiki almost died because of Delilah Briarwood's dark magic in the season one finale.
And both times he saved his loved ones… albeit one saving came at a grave cost.
It's because when you lose someone who has been with you your entire life, you don't really see how your life could be without them. Like twins losing their twin.
I see him as much more devastated for Vex, obviously all motivated by their unbreakable and unparalleled relationship. :'(
@martinastark Of course, that's his baby sister after all. Vax is the elder of the twins by two minutes iirc.
Putting spoiler in the title doesn't mean that you can spoil it in the title!
Bruh this is from vox machina you probably know what's going to happen
@@volotjsimbi not everyone who watches the show watched the campaign

I just imagine how Percy felt. It would've hurt
not really since it's fiction
@@oussamagharbi5419way to be that guy
Osysa might have predicted that Percy is known to be “the cursed heir”
He will never forgive himself.

I personally also really like “do not go far from me” as well
I think he was going to say “I need you”
How quickly this changed the mood during the actual session because Laura rolled a 1 on her saving throw is wild.

when vex died it actually rained hard where i was
Man this made me bawl like a baby. Such a great show!
Great job, Percy
This scene STILL gives me chills and I'm so nervous of what is to come in season 3

Thanks!
Their destinies were severed. Vax's fate has been changed and wont live long to see her grow old.
I also think it may have severed to signify his connection as the Matron's champion.
It was there individual fate, now that he serves the matron his fate was severed from his sister but they are still connected in some way, especially after he truly accepted his charge
I knew this was coming, and I had a horrible feeling in my stomach for about five minutes leading up to it.
This scene immediately broke me. I hope my little sisters outlive me.
As an older brother.....this got me....bad
Reminds me of Jojo part 5. They heal the body but it's empty. Only attended a lot happier in this. At least she came back.
Come on now... you realize it's a spoiler yet put it right in the title...
If it's for discoverability put it in the description and the tags.
I know this is a fake out. I know I've already watched it a dozen times. So why does it still hurt so much?
Why did you call it a spoiler but then have the spoiler in the title FFS
Yea, they need to change the title ASAP

🥺 So sad
I'm not sure I understand what just happened or why the raven-woman agreed to return Vex's spirit.
“SPOILER”
*puts the spoiler in the title anyway*
Жду не дождусь 3го сезона
Ждём октября, детка
So ❤
If only they had a revive scroll 😂
WHY WAS THIS AN AD
Gods damn it, Emhira. Not cool!
Kratos?
Someone needs to teach the person uploading for amazon how to do spoilers. You don't say SPOILER then write it next to the word lol
Poor story tbh, percy is so wet.
