Red Velvet Cheese Pastry Recipe Ingredients: Eggs 2 Sugar 180 grams Flour 170 grams Oil 135 grams Yogurt 60 grams Milk 50 grams Lemon juice 10 grams Vinegar 4 grams Baking soda 5 grams Baking powder 5 grams Vanilla essence ½ tsp Orange essence ½ tsp Red color as required For the cheese filling: Cream cheese 200 grams Egg 1 Castor sugar 15 gram Method: Add eggs, sugar, flour, oil, curd, milk, lemon juice, and vinegar and whisk well. Then add all the dry ingredients and mix. When the mixture is ready, add a red color to it and prepare the mixture. For the filling, beat the cream cheese and caster sugar well add the egg to it, and mix. Now place in a 9x9" baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes at 160°C and serve.
