Terrific routine Jessica😀. I am so happy I found it this afternoon. I definitely feel relaxed and restored after a tough day on the trails in the humidity. This routine has me stretched out and ready to face cooking dinner and a busy evening ahead. It is going to become one of my post hike go to videos.
Jessica this was such a great stretch video - on day 7, week 3 of spring ahead challenge. Boy did my body need this today! I may come back to this later today or try another one of your stretch videos later, it just felt that good. Like the others below, I too feel really ready for tomorrow's workout!

I loved this workout today! It was the perfect balance between challenge and relaxation. In an attempt to keep my chronic back pain in check, I've decided that I just have to include yoga in my workouts a couple of times a week instead of just alternating between cardio and strength. This one is perfect for me! Thank you!!!

Thank you for this workout Jessica. I feel my muscles were restored. And I love the stretching part. I'm so happy that I've completed the 2 weeks boot camp. I can't believe that it's over. The times I was struggling, ( esp the ballet thing ), still seem fresh. But so excited for next week. I can't contain myself. I don't know. That's what I'm feeling!! Anyway, see you again.
