They did do an excellent job. Nasal entubation is usually difficult. I was a CRNA for 30 years. However, when I worked the first thing we did upon entering the OR was connect the patient to all the monitoring equipment. BP cuff , EKG , pulse oximeter. This way we had a baseline to work with. This was not done until the ,intubation procedure was begun. Just wondering why. But you can’t knock success.

O paciente está sentindo dor, a lacrimação é indícios de dor. Os médicos em ação poderiam ter aumentado a dose do anestésico. Também deveriam ter colocado a solução no globo ocular para não manter os olhos abertos evitado também o posterior ressecamento (pode causar ulceração).
