Yesterday on 9 March 2012 we went to Artis (Natura Artis Magistra) to shot some stunning HD videos with the Panasonic X900 (X900 X900M X800 X909 X909M). The hole video was shot without a tripod. There is some color correction used on the videos at the points we shoot through glass. Most of the time it are brightness and contrast changes. We also added some text in it but nothing more.
Some shots are not good in focus. Sometimes I switched to manual mode but forgot to put it back to auto mode. So it's not a camera "malfunction".
About 10 min you will here some drilling in the background for a couple of minutes. I had to change the audio for that because it was so annoying! (same at locations were children were screaming) Sorry for that!

Great to watch a video taken by someone who knows how to handle a camcorder.
The X900 is on my short list of cameras to buy. On all cameras shooting 1080/50p (progressive) I noticed that panning and zooming produces jerky (not smooth) footage. This I can see also in your video, but this may be because I am watching it in UA-cam. Do you see smooth footage when you play your video on a HD TV? or when you burn to Bluray/DVD. I would be grateful for your comments. Are you still using the 900?

why the jaguar cage is so small? Those animals walk 10s kms per day and lives in forests not in concrete floor. Poor jaguar looks depressed
Muito lindos e ao mesmo tempo triste, animais não foram feitos para ficarem presos, não interessa o motivo, se é de cativeiro, se é selvagem , se dizem que não irão sobreviver fora. tem que deixar em jaulas pessoas que fazem mal e fazer trabalhar muito pra darem valor a vida ! essa é a minha opinião.
