Thanks for sharing, kindly advise me in my case: New treadmill but E05 (current overloading), the motor (1hp 750W ie. 3Amp) try to start but fails after 2 seconds, tested the motor on 24V the motor was withdrawing around 0.6Amp means normal use should be around 6 Amp considering inrush current but fails to start only hummus for 2 seconds and overcurrent protection kicks in, tested all the resistors connected to the OpAM LM358 and they all have descent reading, I appreciate if you could advise me. Salam. So you identified how the check the motor to see if it is drawing more amperage. If the motor was fine, how would you determine if the card called controller is bad? I have a GoPlus 2 foldable treadmill that just got out of warranty and is throwing E05 code after 20 minutes. The motor gets hot gradually but when I turn it off and turn it back ON, it works for another 20 minutes. I would appreciate your response. I am the USA and we bought this machine on Amazon. the seller is not helping.
