Lifelong Celtics fan and massive TSJ fan. So proud for how he handled that BS trial and I’m praying the Celtics are going to snag him if he falls. But the rest of the league can’t be that dumb, right? lol
As an Indiana fan, Kel'el is special. He reminds me a lot of Miles Turner. the reason his stock isn't super high is because of attitude issues, which should be easy enough to fix.
Bro I had to guard Cam Christie in middle school lmao. Scored 8 points on me in like 2 minutes and they just subbed him out. They were all fadeaways and pull ups full contested 😂.
As a Belgian, I appreciate the love for Ajay Mitchell! Unselfish team player, floor general and hard worker on defense that any team could use off the bench imo
DaRon Holmes is someone I think people are sleeping on. 6’9 with the ability to shoot the ball and score off the dribble while being a good defender and shot blocker.
Kel el ware is not projected that high due to personality and motor concerns plus his rim protection is a bit inconsistent due to trying to go for to many blocks, not good on the perimeter I agree he underrated and should be a lottery especially in terms of upside
Agreed, but the flashes are as high as anybody in this draft. And he’s a way more ideal big for today’s NBA compared to Clingan/ Edey I’ll bet on that upside in a weak draft all day
As an illini fan Terrance Shannon was awesome I really felt like people were a little low on him after the allegations game out. He was awesome though all year, thanks for talking about him
I’m telling everyone rn so they can be put on. ANTONIO REEVES out of Kentucky is the most slept on prospect in this entire draft. Elite three point shooter with the ability to shoot off catch or dribble. Veteran ball handle with the ability to finish well at the rim with above average defense as well.
I do not understand how Daron Holmes isn’t supposed to go earlier than late first or early second. He’s big, mobile, can handle the ball, can shoot, and is an elite defender. Anytime I hear the last name Ware all I can think about is Kevin Wares injury😬 That shit scarred me as a kid. I wonder if they’re related? I would google it but I’m not tryna see a picture of Kevin Wares leg again tbh
Shannon was projected top 10 when people were actually watching these kids play, and then offseason came, everyone focused too much on the combine and teams being weary due to the trial, and somehow he might drop to the second round now??? He literally should be a top 5 pick now that the trial is done and he’s actually come out looking like an extremely high character person. I know he’s 24, but the man …man you just had to see what he was doing to big 10 and post season defenses yall. Literally couldn’t be stopped and was crazy clutch. How can a guy go for like 30-40 in 5-6 straight postseason games and have no hype? He could end up the ROY if things fall into place for him.
Lakers should trade up and make sure they get Kel'el ware. Getting a monstrous big next to AD and Lebron could seriously put them In a very good spot. Not to mention I feel like every Rookie benefits from being a teammate with Lebron as he could learn so much under him and Ad.,
The Ware take is aging like wine right now
Fr I loved him on IU and now he is great in the NBA.
If Shannon drops to the Celtics like he could do that would horrifying for the rest of the league

He might be the most successful player in the draft looking back on it in 10 years
Not an elite post scorer but very comfortable with his back to the basket as well
Kel el ware on the bucks would be deadly
That’s what I was thinking when I saw that he could shoot and was a center
@Brickthatshiz if they can they should trade up for him

Terrence Shannon Jr. for sure. Dudes a machine

Terrence is a Timberwolf, I’ve been loving his highlights

This list is so accurate. Heat found a gem with kalel ware and same for Terrance Shannon. They both alr have been showing out in summer league
