I also purchsed the Svbony 99% dielectric diagonals and they have a nice quality and clearly reflect more light than the cheap ones sold with the telescope.
Like! A question is the mount and tripod of the Evostar 90/900 mm strong enough for that long achromat or does it vibrate a lot ? A lot of people say its not strong enough for the long 90/900 mm achromat.
We have to consider, an EQ2 cannot be compared to an EQ5 or EQ6, 8…. Will it vibrate when focusing? Yes. Will it stop vibrating right after? Yes. Will it vibrate when locking the axes? Yes, but it also stops right away. Does it vibrate when using the Celestron motor? No. The mount does not vibrate with the motor, that is what matters to me. Does an EQ5 vibrate when focusing? Not much, but there is some vibration. I can only speak about these two mounts. For me, the EQ2 and the aluminum tripod are enough for the 90mm, but you have to live with the small vibrations of a cheap mount. I will make a video about this.
Olá, o nome dieletrica é devido ao espelho ser revestido por diversas camadas de um material que não conduz eletricidade. Esse tipo de revestimento proporciona menos perda de luz.
