Kia Ora Lynda. I am very interested in your videos about Rawena bread as I think I might have ate it when I was in New Zealand 5 years for an internship in Wairoa. However, I am not sure?
You mentioned it was quiet tarty in terms of taste. However I remember the bread I ate to be sweet. No overwhelmingly so, but I didn't find it tarty or bitter. So I was wondering if it was Rawena bread or something else?
If you know what I'm talking about I'd love to know. It was a light brown with a darker brown crust and it was so good and I do remember my friend saying it was Maori bread.
I'd love to hear from you if you think it might be Rawena bread or perhaps you know something else about this bread I described. Be well my friend, I miss New Zealand so much

Do you make potato water every day?

You can, but it’s easier to make a jug full and leave it in the fridge

On day2 do you use just the water the potatoes are boiled in or both potatoes mashed in water to the day 2 bug?

Bobby Williams you use both honey. I boil my potatoes and mash everything together.

@@lyndaskailoveyou18 great question, as i wasn't sure either ... on the video it seemed like it was just the water the potatoes were cooked in, not the potatoes as well? It looked like just water, not thick in any way? This is my first time so a little cautious/anxious!
