we reduce the fixed cast time through our accessory set and coprocessor smeldon, as for lower lvl catnip meteor we aim more towards lowered global cooldown and only having a 1 second skill cooldown :D
I believe might be possible with dunnel, 2 max lvl dark illusion card, 2 max lvl dessert girl card, ring of wisdom set, 4 max level aether mimic card, and you need to work on a steady -80% global cooldown if catnip lvl 10

i did try to used lower lvl of catnip meteorite..but the fix ct is the same..lvl 10 and lvl 1 still the same ct..i dnt know why...😢😢😢😢

what minimum req for global cd for lvl 1?
-50% global cooldown is enough for catnip level1 brother
