I find that if you section your whiteboard out to different areas of your life, it's easier to deal with and look at.
Like have a section for the things you have to do in your house, the things you need to do for work. Things that need to be done daily. Important dates. Things to look forward to.
Just section it out and it gets easier

I live in germany, in a relative smal flat (45m2/ 484 sqft) and i see the "mess" here, but most of the time it doesn't bother me as much as it should be.
And IF it bother me, it's so overwhelming that i don't know where and how to start.
So i do something and then some other things, but nothing is really finished before i am so drained from "all the cleaning and getting my sh*t together"
that i sit on the sofa an scroll through TikTok/ UA-cam till the late evening... it's sooooo frustrating. xD
