I just 4 3way Rockford fosgate 60W speakers in mines and kept the 4 In kenwood speaker in the back and it fits the monsoon system pretty good but I’m going to upgrade the amp
Those speakers are useless, I bought two RXP69 and they are not even heard, it just sounds as if they were blow out, I turn up all the volume on my radio and they are more horrible, I connect them to the taramps amplifier and they are not even heard they do not work, for that buy me some Pioneer ts-a6960f are better than these skar audio.
They work great in my car. louder than the factory speakers. Plus you are probably not taking into variable that those SKAR speakers you bought would need extra power. Those speakers need 90 watts minimum to run. If you are running them just off a head unit that is only putting out 50 watts a channel, yeah its not going to work. how many watts is your taramps amp?
