Other than getting the hose connector turned around (watch out for that one), the machine is simple to put together and use
I own a different brand portable pressure washer and it is a great tool to have.
Finally a solid review of one of these devices, I plan to use a single five gallon bucket with a device like the hydro to pre rinse (with OnR), spray tires, deal with bug & bird poo. The eventual goal is to wash the entire car using just that one bucket.
Good Review. It is not a pressure washer but a power cleaner. About three times the pressure of a garden hose which is good for many jobs.
I just bought this to use a 2 liter bottle to spray my screens on my deck with deck cleaner. Don’t want the power washer to destroy them. Nice job with the review.
I’ve used the hydro shot for a little while now. Our filtration system for our well water makes our water pressure absolutely abysmal. I originally got this for use in the winter when the hose bib is turned off.
You need to think outside the box.. I agree for car detailing use I will use the regular pressure washer and garden hose. What I really got it for and to touch on being efficient is cleaning my large glass and tile shower. I use the the Ryobi scrubber brush to clean the tile and this pressure washer with a bucket of water to rinse the walls down. It really beats trying to fill your hands and throw the water or a cup and toss the water on the tall ass walls to rinse cleaner off. Hell I suppose if your up for it toss it in the toliet tank for a water source and even eliminate carrying a bucket around. Window washing or other household tasks this works great.
Just got mine today. I love it
Just got mine today. Its a Solid product!!
Hey do you have anymore pics etc of the sugnature sv306s u had? Did u like them? I dont have instagram
I just picked one of these up for winter salt removal, way to cold in the northeast in the winter to have an operable garden house, this will allow me to simply bring out a bucket of warm water and hit all the problem areas like wheel wells, rocker panels and wheels several times a week without having to go to the car wash. I'm thinking this is prob one of it's more useful purposes, honestly.
Thanks for the review. Definitely a good choice for some.
What's that snow foam thing called u have looks decent
It is definitely useful depending on circumstances as you say. I always do a final rinse with distilled water using a two gallon pump sprayer and let it air dry totally spot free. Haven't touched my cars with a towel in years. I could see using this device to siphon distilled from a bucket...probably much easier and quicker than the pump sprayer. And I have Ryobi tools already. Hmmm.
This is ideal for apartment dwellers for cleaning wheels and prepare the paint for rinseless/waterless wash imo
How long does the battery last ya ? Id love to know as this would be the deciding factor before purchasing
Might be good for blasting fresh bugs off with out agitating against the paint i drive 120 miles to work it would be nice to have a little more pressure than a garden hose to blast those bugs off
Just picked it up to prep for winter. I probably can skip the gas station unlimited car wash plan this year with this.
1st from Puerto Rico 👍🇵🇷
It would be great to use with a large bucket of distilled water for those folks without a water softening system like myself.
