How can they do better? Look at the space of the land? We can't blame developers for an impossible mission. If you want plant and grass buy a land in Epe, Ogun state, Ondo or Oyo state and you can have a garden with different fruit trees. Lekki is not a place for grass or garden
@@AdekunleEnoch-n1g My dear brother... I forgot to add flood.... It's coming... Lekki is for flashy people but when flood comes those 750m to 1b houses will be washed away.
African Real Estate is really ripping off its clients. When it comes to Nigeria, Ghana, and Ethiopia, where is the garden, greenery, and a space large enough for children to play outside? Family gathering where you can enjoy the beauty of African weather? Almost $1/2 million just for a build of bricks. Most definitely not even earthquake-protected. Nigeria is a big landmass come one. This is really making the most money out of one single plot. Not caring about your buyers. You guys should learn from Kenya. I love these countries, but the real estate market is no-go. Unless you build for yourself.
Like I said in my earlier comment. If you want grass, garden, trees and greenery go to Epe or outside Lagos. Lekki is not the place for greenery. Too many people are fighting for a piece of land.
Why do Nigerian developers embrace American designs but not open kitchen plan? I stand to be corrected but i have never seen a Nigerian modern contemporary house with an open plan floor concept. This means that these houses aren't contemporary as per the claims.
Nigerian developer need to be ban from building houses , the govt should ban people who sold this lands to build craps like this and price it for millions . To be honest this house won't go for $50k . No garden or anything special 🤷♂️

Just concrete, our developers can do better, have lawns and gardens and open plan home

it only $442,000 why not ask them for football field and basket court too.?
@Superpius91 it can be a place of grass and gardens if the developers were not greedy for money and stop dividing small sizes of plots.

If the house was painted in black colour I would have bought it...
@@loscasablanca7722 I was thinking yellow 🟡 will suit me. 😁😁😁
focus on your country
We no what we want focus on ur country sir
You guys are ripping off Nigerians with these inflated prices. I rather build by myself for less and get the same thing
Imagine the crazy profit they are going to make on this project
My worries is that this constant collapse of building in that same Lagos is making every high rise a suspect.

750 million and no ante room💔

Stop touring empty houses with this outrageous prices please 😂, it’s so funny and not funny at the same time
No garden, such a ripped off we can do better
