Such a helpful video! Thank you👏! Is there a way to make the edges of the brush strokes more harsh and not so soft? I want the stroke to end abrupt and not soften out. 🤔
@@AurelieMaronStudio 🤭 that's exactly what I do at the moment, but it's so time consuming, I am not happy with that..I just have no clue what setting this could be 🤔
Really helpful thank you! with my pattern brush I seem to have this shadow behind it? So with my black background and white pen it has a white shadow? Any idea what I did wrong? Thank you!
Mmm, I'm not too sure. Maybe duplicate the default Grid brush again and do it again. Make sure you use pure black and white and untick the Offset Jitter.
Great video. I'm trying to create an arrow brush that could be used to follow the outline of a letter (path) but not sure what settings to use. Any advise? Would that be a video you would consider creating? Thanks
Can’t tell in the video but on my end when I use the grid brush that I just made with this tutorial, there are faded brush strokes that follow. Is that suppose to happen? If not, how do I get rid of them. Thanks for this tutorial! ✨💖
4:06 for some reason I can't get my second square to line up with the grid. It doesn't get cut off or anything it just snaps away from the centered part of the grid. So the dots refuse to snap to the center of the grid when I try this part.
@@AurelieMaronStudio It's a bit hard to explain. I have snapping turned on. So when trying to move the second square of dots it's not snapping properly. The dots won't snap to the center point on the grid.
Finally I found this worth watching video 🤩🤞🏻...
Such an amazing tutorial…useful and really well explained. Thank you 😊💙
You’re welcome 😊
Amazing. I’ve been thinking of creating a grid stamp for Celtic knots. I think the brush you created might be even better.
That's a great idea! ✨

You can use the Monoline brush for clean sharp edge :)

I had the same thing, you need to put the contrast on max, then it’s gone ☺️

I'm not sure sorry but may be make sure that the image you used to create the brush doesn't have any faded brush stroke on it!
@@AurelieMaronStudio Ok, I'll give it another try starting from the beginning. Thank you.
Jk thanks so much
Thanks!

Your awesome
why does my grid show a white drawing path with the grid of dots? how can i change that?
Make sure you're using black and white in your image!

I'm not really sure what you mean... Have you activated the Snapping settings of your selection tool?

@@_Chantelle I'm not really sure sorry. Maybe try to do it with each circle individually or try Googling it 💜
@@AurelieMaronStudio Thanks. I'll figure it out eventually lol Thanks for the wonderful tutorial.
It seems as though the issue was my "Distance" and "Velocity" I had them set at 100.
