Matheus STS he must have graduated before as he wouldn't have enough time to upgrade it. He probably was having it upgraded when he had the supra and might have gave the supra to the other blacklist member to stop drivers getting out of rosewood and to persuade him not to try and dethrone razors crew
I remember it having all ultimate performance parts except for the turbo that was the only one that was Super Pro.

Fun fact! Ronnie's circuit races are two of the most broken races in the game. It all comes down to that tunnel that you drive through than drive over top it, if Ronnie is nearby and you cross over/under the same time he crosses over/under the ai will try to rubberband him to you and he'll crash

The problem with "Paying the Fine" is the Strike system. Each time you pay the fine, You'll get a strike.
Too much Strikes on your car and it will get impounded, AKA lose the car.
I'm aware of that, don't worry. My problem to be clear is exactly the fact that he has been paying the fine, instead of useing the Markers, which let you keep your Heat. Or, i mean, everytime he does reset it, he just drives away from the poor Condition 1 Cop, when they're basically babys later on in the game, that you need to handhold to keep following you.

Not trying trying to be rude bro, but there is lap glitch, you go to home custom race pick the same circuit race your boss has in his list and set that race to minimum traffic and 1 lap and then go back to story mode it confuses the game and you only have to do one lap, it Also works for lap knockouts as well, I think you should use it, I mean unless You already know about it and just choose to not use it

Hey Theo, actually the Carrera GT is one of the fastest accelerating cars in the game with tremendous Handling abilities (at least when it's been upgraded with the special Parts). And yes, the Gallardo is better than the Murciallago ;).

Ford GT has highest top speed in the game, but Carrera GT is best at racing, go check world loop speed runs. Also fully upgraded Murcielago looks it should be the fastest car according to the stats bars, but it can actually only hit 395+ when Ford GT can hit 415+ with stock transmission.
