Some lessons are learned the hard way. Dumping inevitably causes stray trash to flutter and bounce out of the trash can (especially the trash cans with caps on the top of them). Also would rather not touch the bucket or have mysterious gutter liquids splash on me. I know it's not the most efficient but it just takes a few seconds to offload and move on with no surprises.
what a dumb concept. cleaning and picking up where no one cares. its a restroom out there in skid row. my kids grew up on skid row. there mother dated a herion addict. sad story.
@ ok it just looks like a abandoned city. drugs everywhere. if people live there they must feel like there in prison. i wouldnt leave my home and walk my dog the dog will get a neddle stuck in his paw.
