I have something I wish to contribute that appears to have gone under the radar? If you use the final fierce + roundhouse to change direction and the orb has the timed explosion, it can be delayed a millisecond by holding the buttons. Not sure of the applications but against V-Reversals it does offer amazing frames.
Lots of really cool setups here! Would LOVE to see that corner VT2 setup guide at some point! Just picking this VT up now late in the game and trying to learn all I can. Also, I was labbing the cMK into jump over cross up and noticed that if they were stand blocking, it would block either direction they were holding on the jump. Do you have any advice or different setups for the crossup if they're standing? Or do I just need to train them not to stand up while the orb is out? Or do I need to mix it up and go for neutral jump after the cMK in case they try to block cross up?
The 2nd 6P cant be right away. You have to wait otherwise the ball will move. If the ball explodes before you can do the last VT move then you did the first 3 ball moves too slow.
Notations on the control stick; 1- Down Back 2- Down 3- Down Forward 4- Back 5- Neutral 6- Forward 7- Up Back 8- Up 9- Up Forward Then p or k just stand for punches or kicks. So notations like 236p is just Quarter Circle Forward + Punch. Hope this helps.
@@soufianeboutaib8197 Here's a layout that might make it easier to understand keypad notation. Hopefully this helps: ↖ ⬆ ↗ 7 8 9 ⬅4 5 6 ➡ 1 2 3 ↙ ⬇ ↘ Sometimes I get confused by keypad notations too tbh. I prefer abbreviated directions instead (example: df+HK, qcf+P, b+MP, etc) because they're easier to understand without having to constantly look at a keyboard
Wunderbar. It has some strange properties in terms of activating and using it and I am happy you mentioned them. My only criticism for this vid is having Seth also as a test dummy. But that's not the point, and it's the mixes we're here for.
Honestly i don't understand why people dislike SF5 so much, besides the obvious initial lunch issues the game is fine. Everyone is going crazy over SF6 the story looks good but drive impact is gonna ruined that game 100%
Great video! This is exactly what I needed rn. I asked you for tips on Nephews stream the other day but I had no idea you had a channel. Keep up the good work!
Thanks a lot! I had no idea how Seth's VT2 worked before watching this lol
Can't wait for the rest of the Seth videos cuz this one was amazing!

People dislike sf5 because it's a bad fighting game with terrible mechanics and unbalanced characters
@b7ray32 SF6 is worse absolutely terrible.
@@DUCATIIVERSOL you dislike sf6 because you see they have taken your easy mode bs away like v trigger... I doubt you have actually played sf6
@b7ray32 yes I did play the beta 2 the game is trash.
@@DUCATIIVERSOL it's good that you sf5 bums don't like the game.. less mashing jackasses online when sf6 drops in June
Why would someone even come up with this notation. This is u readable :(
It's more practical than putting a bunch of letters like df for down-forward. Look at a numpad and you can tell right away which direction to use.
