[EN] BOSCH REXROTH Automation of battery assembly -TS7 - Skawina

The line for the production of battery packs for the automotive industry, based on the TS7 transport system, presented in the video, includes components from almost all product groups from the industrial automation industry available in the Bosch Rexroth portfolio. Along the line, individual battery modules are combined into a complete pack using transport systems (TS2+ and TS7), tightening systems (Spindel and ErgoSpin screwdrivers), manipulators (CMS Cartesian system) and servos and control systems (CtrlX platform and XM controllers). The construction of workstations is based on a wide range of aluminum profiles and connectors. Possible changes in the production process are not a problem due to the high flexibility of the solutions used.
