      Have seen many of these videos over many years. Done with them? Nope. They are excellent in terms of both what is taught and how it’s taught. I seem to benefit from continual refresher study. Keeping your eyes fixed on where you want to turn as opposed to where your boat bow is now is an old concept that’s easy to remember. However, the “lead with your body constantly and without unwinding keeping your shoulder over that back boat edge during the spin” concept (taught and emphasized here ) is also very important and so easy to overlook. And the “why” presented by Eric involving physics and balancing your body weight forward and into the spin makes so much sense. Thank you, Eric Jackson.
