How to remove the door card VW Tiguan 2011-2017

In this tutorial I'm removing the door panel on this Volkswagen Tiguan, this car is from 2014 but it will be the same for all second-generation Tiguan 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
To remove the door panel you need a Torx t30.
