I used the front landing light from the FREEWING pj 50 : www.motionrc.com/products/freewing-twin-70mm-edf-pj50-private-jet-nose-gear-led-light-fj3181113 also I pluged it into an open spot on the blue box , If i remember it is even labeled gear light but not completely sure it has been a while. but on the blue box for sure.
Shes beautiful and does fly like a trainer but i find during the landings shes automatically bumped upto intermediate grade. Mines caught me out on a tip stall twice now. Dont think the huge wing tanks help.

I like to use E6000 to glue gear in after it pops out .Try it, it has some give but holds very strong .I find Epoxy is to brittle .

Are you still velcroing in the EZ lights?
Yes but only to plastic or unpainted foam.
