the issue with Viktor is that his former best skin (deathsworn) that every Viktor main bought did not retain all the features and VFXs, like the green flames around the neck and the staff so yeah, the 1350RP skin that many ppl bought now has the features of a 950 skin

ngl i find the phase rush cdr stacking build so much better on vex than burst , Q got ultra low CD since the buff and phase rush lets you nuke someone and reposition while people are feared when you ult in
Vel'Koz or Xerath. If you don't want to play either of them, you have to ban Viktor or suffer the consequences. He is Exodia levels of overpowered right now.

I think the visuals are fantastic but the models are lackluster at best. Especially some of the skins that were very good on old model, psyops and death sworn for instance were a massive downgrade here

I think new death sworn is as good if not better than old, and new animations make it a raw upgrade imo

Skinny Viktor is realistically accurate Viktor, an elemental doesn’t need big muscles to crush a boulder, magic is doing all the work
