This is fast as hell for a 125cc but when you consider that these were made for road use and are street legal it makes you wonder what would be possible if one were to adapt say, a KTM SX125 with its 41hp 125cc 2 stroke engine into an aerodynamic fully faired super sport body style preferably retaining its 190lb wet weight but with longer gears to accommodate this purpose.. I wouldn’t be surprised if this build delivered 200-220kph top speed.. the acceleration of those motocross 2t’s is off the chain as it is

I mount: sprockets is 16-40, exhaust is full Power, stock carb and Rave valve. Probably you can't rev more than 10k rmp because your rave valve doesn't work or because your exhaust is stock, you have to mount a Full Power exhaust. Check out my last video in which my rave valve didn't work, is yours that slow?
By rave valve you mean the power valve? It works because I can feel that extra power coming @6000rpm. Do you have to jet the bike after a full exhaust?

How did you have a accurate speedometer?under European law every speedometer must show 110 percent plus 4 the speed ,with my calculation the RS 125 have primary 19 and 63 gear with 6th 23t and 22t wheel gear and 16-40 sprockets with 1921 stock tyre circumstances at 11600 rpm ur aprilia at 169kmh,btw nice speed but decreasing the front sprockets is decreasing the top speed,I hope you can show me the top speed of 17-40 stock sprockets.

Goes nearly as fast a CBR500R crazy. I had a Derbi GPR50 two-stroke full power I could get 65mph out of it. For a 50cc that is an insane amount of power. IMagine a 500cc two-stroke lol.
is it true you cant drive 2 stroke engines for long distance? especially on steady RPM on the highway? (i heard it wont get enough oil to the engine and it would blow up. cause the 2stroke would only pump oil when its been reved, not on steady RPM. pls let me know if you have any info, thank you

I didn't mean "traslate" but i thought that you were italian ahahahah You can drive this type of bikes for long trip, the longest trip i have done was 150km but you can do even longer trip without problem Bike is well lubrificated even at steady rpm The only problem is that the engine can get too hot if you ride for long distance without stop, but It has thermometer so you Will see if It Is too hot

Ciao, c'è chi le compra da AliExpress (tutto il kit 300€) però devi stare attento perché potrebbero arrivarti di scarsa qualità (non sempre, alcune son buone), ci sono poi siti che vendono il kit completo in vetroresina (500€ circa se non ricordo male) oppure puoi prenderle da easyparts originali (costano tanto, calcola che io ho comprato solo la carena di destra a 230€). Poi le puoi pure cercare usate
Assolutamente si, diventa molto più godibile. In accellerazione cambia senza però perdere troppo in velocità massima (circa 10kmh), anche perché a me con i 17-40 in sesta il motore non saliva più di 11000 giri, con i 16-40 invece arriva al massimo sfruttando quindi di più tutta la potenza del motore.
Not a lot in them, the mito frame brilliant, why so many cagiva/Yamaha 350 specials, forks and brakes the mito slightly better, engine the 122 Rotax or the Lawson mito,, really which one you like best, the aprilia sold more and spares easier to find,, both are fine bikes, from 1988-1998 The Italian 125, ruled the world!,,

Extra Power should coming from 7800rpm. Yes, you have to jet it.
If the Rave works the problem is the exhaust, you can buy a modified original exhaust without spend too much or buy an Arrow/Giannelli/ecc.
