It was informative as well as averring ,came to know which factors affect my choice, how to become a potential candidate, i will start putting everything on paper now , studying it , improving it , which i didnt do earlier , but will start doing the strength/weakness/evidence/action plan trick for every level and start evaluating my personality based on that.... Sir it was a wonderful session!! Everybody has its unique ness and one has to work on evolving that uniqueness instead of following herd mentality. Military aptitude is not everyone's cup of tea. You may have outstanding aptitude but if it is not meeting with SSB standard you couldn't clear it.

Respected sir your views are really eye opening it forces us to think .I think other assessors who run coaching institute have a vast data base of what responses a selected candidates make and what response a failed candidates make which they acquire in their own tenure as an assessor at ssb centres so when candidates approach them they just tell them what and when but are not able to cultivate why and how .I think olq. are not only for defence aspirants but for every one it would be great i request you if you can organize a seminar or workshop on how to develop these qualities for life then it will be very wonderful. looking forward for your seminars and coaching for non defence candidates thank you
Yes sir. Aptitude is really 'inborn'. It can be developed, but not feeded entirely. The military aptitude applied to military requirements only. Absence of military aptitude does not mean 'failure'. One may have higher management aptitude, engineering aptitude etc. and such people will be very successful there. But here, I also want to ask you a question. How to identify whether I am made for military or not so that in case I am not, I can stop waisting my time and money and then also guide me how to identify for what one is made (what type of aptitude is there in a person?) ? Please help sir.

And we all know that ssb is looking for personality of candidates so those who want to join afosop class get one thing clear that after completing the class u must have to work on your self then only the results will going to come.

From your video it is now clarified that every metals have their own quality to become something. So if i am not being worthy of SSB ill be rejected thats ok..but i want to improve myself with my qualities and develop weaknesses. But i want to know how to find myself? Its very sad to see that the video of these kinds and the videos of this particular channel has very less views as compared to the other SSB related channels (you know them). I find this channel to be the one which never focuses on TAT, WAT and all sort of stages in SSB but to be the one which moreover focuses on personality and intellectual development of the individual. I must say if you want to make yourself competent not only for SSB but also for life, you must watch all the videos of this channel if you cannot get yourself enrolled into the SML and AFOSOP course. And if you can then please go for it without a second thought.
Dear Sahil AFOSOP do not provide any short-cut to success so not very many candidates like it ... that's OK ... it is a PROCESS ORIENTED Training and is not easy ... it pushes you outside your Comfort Zone and not everyone is willing to do that ... Regards

Sir, I have been to SSB 13 times ( 5 C/O and 8 S/O ). I have improved alot in this journey. Though I have not been selected I have improved my overall personality. The last time I gave my SSB at Allahabad , I was very confident and all the tests very came naturally to me but I was not selected. Now, I don't know where can I improve.I am starting to wonder whether I am right fit for the defence forces or not. Sir kindly tell me how can I know that I am right fit for the services or not, so that I can devote my energy end efforts somewhere else. Thank you Sir

I asked my family members and friends about how they feel about myself. I wrote my self description with true honesty. All this helped to know myself better.

Sir very first The degradation of the youth. Standard is due to the faulty system and comfort provided to the students in this era ! For example we have to read the Newspaper any one whether The Hindu or The indian express , now on you tube there are too many tutors and some are professionals who are posting vedios on the Hindu analysis like they will give the news in a verbal form and a candidate is thinking that he is reading the Hindu newspaper ! He has to understand that reading the newspaper will increase our understanding power vocabulary and observation power ! So the comfort provided to the candidates on their bed is the root cause of the selection rate of only 3.4 % in SSB
also reading newspaper compel you to form your own logic and acceptability with the article. news and articles should just be for information and vocabulary purpose.

For example we have to read the Newspaper any one whether The Hindu or The indian express , now on you tube there are too many tutors and some are professionals who are posting vedios on the Hindu analysis like they will give the news in a verbal form and a candidate is thinking that he is reading the Hindu newspaper ! He has to understand that reading the newspaper will increase our understanding power vocabulary and observation power ! So the comfort provided to the candidates on their bed is the root cause of the selection rate of only 3.4 % in SSB
also reading newspaper compel you to form your own logic and acceptability with the article.
news and articles should just be for information and vocabulary purpose.
