So happy that I finally ordered your book Sandra! Just watching this video now and want to thank you for spreading knowledge, being gentle and kind towards yourself is indeed very important and then you are also kinder to others automatically when you are also kind to yourself. Wishing you all good vibes and lots of healing!

Hi Yuli, that's fantastic you bought my Asexual Perspectives 47 Asexual Stories book, thank you so so much. I can't wait for you to read it. How exciting! If you could leave a review on Amazon afterwards, that will be amazing. Looking forward to hearing what you think and which story resonates with you the most.
And yes, I agree, when you are kinder to yourself, you are kinder to others. I am learning more and more to refrain from critising myself and being hard on myself and giving myself a hard time, because it does not work treating myself in a tough manner. I do not become stronger but weaker. I actually become stronger and tougher by doing the opposite with myself - by being more gentle, kind, caring, and loving towards and to myself, because it gives me much more comfort and support that I need and I feel so much more loved and protected as a result, which is far more healing. I think this is the revelation I have just had.
And thanks for the good vibes, I always appreciate them. Lots of love to you xx Thanks always for you support. I am super excited for you reading Asexual Perspectives.
