I've been listening off and on since 2020, but they never clicked for me. This Dripfield officially solidified my Goose fandom, I am ALL IN. Saw my first show, Taboose at Mohegan. I need so much more! Fanfuckingtastic band!!
The 2 nights at Legend Valley were my first shows since Jerry in '95. Only found Goose in April, going to Pittsburgh in Nov. for TABoose and booked both nights for NYE. Thank you Goose for re-igniting my love for live music. Never drawn to see The Dead without Jerry, Phish or any other of the popular bands. Goose is the next BIG concert draw, and deservedly so. They have done it the right way. Enjoy the smaller venues while they are playing there!

I remember watching the 2019 Buffalo show on UA-cam with just a couple hundred fans at the show. 2.5 year later tomsee this is amazing. I'm so pumped to be seeing them at radio city music hall

I like goose a lot and I can't wait to see them at RC next weekend. They can hit some amazing peaks and they have the best light man around. Plus I always appreciate phish even more after I listen to them try to do extended jamming. But goose has so much they can still grow into.

That was my 4th time seeing them this year and what a show it was! Both nights were perfect
What a great collaboration it would be to have Manu Katche, David Rhodes, Peter Gabriel join them and intertwine Come talk to Me and Dripfield the beginning of this song you can actually place the Gabriel's lyrics into it, somewhere put in a percussion jam with Katche, Ben and Jeff Arevalo.. Gabriel would kill this tune

a buddy ased me if I had checked out goose and i kinda laughed at the name but then thought for a second and my 1 bands called phish so meh ill give them a shot and hot damn these dudes can cook. then when I heard the taboose jams i was hooked instantly cant wait to see these guys progress and start playin the big spots hope to see them fill up deer creek in the next few years sad no indy show this summer tho.
This song is amazing! Just started listening to you guys and we're coming to see your show Friday at Radio City for our anniversary. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've listened to "Slow Ready" about 1,000 times in the past week, so if you could work that in to the set, I'd be even more stoked than I am already. I was worried about how this song would turn out live when I heard the original release but it has turned out better than the studio version.
I like the 05/28/22 version a bit more because they jammed it out a bit harder but I'm also comparing this one to the show it was in and that isnt fair, since night 1 and 2 of Legend Valley this year were some top shelf Goose. Can't wait to see how this song develops live!

Dripfield is my new favorite Goose tune. May not be my all-time favorite song, but I'm digging this one a lot right now (although the Cleveland version is better than this one).

They seem to be trying to develop their jamming more these days which is cool, but they're still not quite there. The comparison to Phish is entirely not necessary because Goose's music clearly stands on its own, but there is still no group on earth that can touch the epic catalogue of Phish jams. I hope one day Goose can reach these heights and take us where we've never been before.

I recommend listening to 2019.11.16 Buffalo and Alive and Well. Alive and Well is fantastic and the Buffalo live album shows their noticeable growth already happening. Like any band in this genre though…you’ve just gotta get out and see them live at least once. You’ll be hooked.
