My god Matty and the whole team this is incredible. An absolute master of how to use space to perfection, I can only imagine how overwhelmed the customer must have been with this job! Wow and the ending with the night shot! I literally gasped it’s so beautiful, I don’t know how you do it but you create such immaculate beauty in your work it’s just breathtaking! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 legend of your trade always xxxx
Hiya Tamara, thank you so much for your kind words and support as always, it’s greatly appreciated to have people like you that watch our videos. Reading comments like yours inspire us to keep filming what we do and keep posting! We are all really pleased with the way this came out as there was no design to work from on this, only in my head. Best wishes to you and your mum 🫶🏼 x
Beautiful transformation!!That back room with its inlays and reclaimed pine is something else.Probably the best I have seen.Love the choice of music for the reveal too.A perfect job.x
What a killer job! The ability to do so many things well and combine them to achieve a perfect destination - regardless of where it begins. Looking at the irregularity of angles and layers of prior work you guys start with makes these transformations even more miraculous...
That is mad! Who would have thought you could turn what looks like an every day garden like that into something so amazing you will have people up and down the country watching this then looking out the window into their garden and thinking 🤔 mmm I wonder 😂 Only 20 minutes long Matty what's going on you've ruined my Sunday!!! Would have been nice to see a little bit more detail but hey you can't have everything. Fantastic creation as always, you are raising the bar. Gone are the days when a bit of a patio and grass kept people happy now they want the full Matty transformation!
Yes mate the options are endless! I know it wasn’t the longest but hopefully it was up to standards 😃 Another one coming in a week or so. Thanks for the support and kind words 👍🏼
Well lads you did it again it just goes to show with right ideas and of course the right team you can transform a relatively average size garden into a oasis. Well done now i just have to hide this post before the Mrs sees it😂😂. Can i just ask you not to leave it so long before your next extravaganza.
Once again Matty yous nail it. I take inspiration from you guys. I do this for a living and I believe I am very good at what I do but still long way to go to get anywhere near you and your team. I pick up little tips and tricks along the way watching you and your team. I look forward to your next project buddy. Keep it up Matty as it’s unbelievable matey
Another fabulous job from start to finish and another brilliant video for me to show mum, she loves them. When I say Brockstone, her face lights up. Well done Matty and the team. Best wishes Christine and Babs x
Excellent work as usual, like i mentioned in a comment on another video , i found this channel 3 weeks ago and binge watched the first video to this current upload . Whats mad ive noticed Jacob has gone from a young boy to a young man in 3 weeks for me 😂😂
Just brilliant and great to see a smaller project for you guys and how you can transform a smaller more normal size space that many people have. Brilliant quality of work and a fabulous design.
On t adore Matty , tu nous donne des astuces tu nous apprends , je suis maçon qualifié et tailleur de pierre mais c est dure d atteindre ton niveau , god bless amigo ❤
That is an amazing bit of work in that small area. I have a garden that size at a holiday house and next year that design would be perfect it would be great to get an expert like your team to do that but I am in northern Ireland. I probably could manage it my self next summer.
Proper work! Fellow landscaper from the south here and your workmanship and this channel is of the finest order, quality through and through! These standards are what we all strive for 👍🏻look forward to the next one 👍🏻 I’m looking to incorporate brick and block into my jobs but I don’t come from that world … any tips on starting?
Much appreciated Andy. Good luck with your business too. I’d just say read up and watch bricklayers such as Charlie Colison and Ash Mahoney 2 of the best, they will give you tips. Maybe go to night school to learn or just practice 👍🏼 or even get a bricklayer in to help you with a few jobs and see how he works, then you’d have the confidence to have a go yourself 👍🏼
Well done mate, I love watching you work. Every single project you deliver is outstanding. I do have a question and hope it is not a stupid one. When you added the post protectors the protection membrane didn’t go all the way to the bottom of the post - is there a reason for that? Gerard 😊

Greetings Matt. Another incredible transformation job. You never fail to impress. Can you share how much that job cost? I'm pretty sure that many people will think that that quality of work is totally outside of their wallets but they may be surprised.
Thanks for the comments John. I never talk publicly about costs, I keep that between the client and myself. If someone is interested in costs then they’d need to speak to a reputable local contractor 👍🏼
Another great video, you guys must be booked up for years. Sometimes I wish you'd do them faster so I can watch another. I noticed you've switched over to more of a semi dry mix for porcalain. Do you prefer that now over a wet mix?
@Brockstonepavingpros higher the bed less water in the mix, I presume? I've got a porcalain job on myself. First timer, I've set it to a 30mm bed. Think I'm gonna just go for the semi dry myself. Seems like it won't wobble about as much when laying. But there's that thing in the back of your head where you just know a wetter mix will adhere better no matter what anyone says.
@Brockstonepavingpros There was something I wanted to ask you about the sand. I'm Wigan not far from you. The sand ypu use to lay looks like Grit sand to me as its darker than sharp sand. People all over the country say use sharp sand. But to me you use grit, other builders are saying use half grit sand half building sand which I wouldn't do personally. From a northern perspective is it grit sand you use ( grey ) and I dont mean granno. Or sharp sand ( yellow)?
@@Brockstonepavingpros Thanks for getting back to me. Last year we built something very similar in our garden but over this last year the posts have become pale in colour. My wife wanted to stain them but we couldn’t find the appropriate colour. I now think you have provided the right answer and process, I think burnish followed by clear stain will return it to its original appearance. Thanks again and best wishes Stuart
Hello, first of all congratulations for a job well done as always!👍I have a question that I always ask myself... why in Great Britain and the USA... you don't put ceramic tiles, stone or marble on an already prepared cement screed like in the rest of Europe.Wouldn't it be easier for you to stick on an outdoor glue?
It maybe easier to lay at the end but it’s a lot more time consuming and cost in putting the concrete down initially. Plus 20mm units aren’t really made to lay like a tile so this method is best 👍🏼 Thank you 🙏🏼
Hope you're well? No stories/posts on IG for a while, I noticed the other week that you've been quiet. Plenty to get on with in the real world no doubt?

When you added the post protectors the protection membrane didn’t go all the way to the bottom of the post - is there a reason for that?
