- A van plowed into pedestrians on a sidewalk at a busy intersection in Toronto on Monday afternoon, killing nine people and injuring 16, police said. The suspect is currently in custody.

I agree we should make people have licenses to drive cars and make them take tests to make sure they know how to operate improperly even make them have insurance just in case anything happens.......
