The way he jumps around the beat is better by his accent, the way he changes his tone at the end of a punchline or sentence for example “drop the box, double clutch...LOSE HIM” and how casually he flows. Its better if you think about it as if the beat goes 2,4,6,8 but Millionz goes 1,3,5,7 and then back to 1 and catches up with the beat on 2,4,6,8. He usually does this randomly to make each time he catches up hits and keep you roped in and guessing
