*IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: None of this is meant to be taken as any form of investment advice, it's just me sharing my journey to a million and taking about what I'm up to and the strategies and tactics I'm using to try to get there. I am almost always talking about tokens that I myself own and obviously have a bias toward seeing them appricate in value.
Do your own research always! I'm a normal guy who makes mistakes and has made plenty so far during this journey. So choosing to blindly copy what I'm doing isn't going to lead you to just making a ton of money. I've had investments where I've lost EVERYTHING. I don't just say do your own research as a legal covering but because you really need to do your own research and make your own call. If you don't understand what you're investing in you can lose A LOT of money! Especially in crypto which is super super risky. A lot of the projects I like to jump in are really small crypto projects which make them even more insane risky. Past performance doesn't mean the project will do the same thing in the future, no one can predict the future and what will happen next. I'm pretty passionate about this, I am by no means a professional investor. I'm on my journey to a million dollars, I don't even have the experience to have made a million dollars. All this is to share my journey because I believe there is value in watching me both succeed and fail. It's my story I'm sharing with all of you, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH and don't just blindly copy me😄
Also all of this info might be accurate at the time of me recording and posting but in the future things could change. Especially in crypto things change fast, so just be aware of that. Thanks!

As always a reminder I don't do any paid or sponsored content. I don't do any backroom deals, side deals vc deals, seed deals or anything like that. I buy my tokens like everyone else on the open market. I get opportunities like that all the time, I just choose not to take them. So if I'm sharing a project, I wasn't paid to share that project and I didn't get any perks or anything like that to share it.
I'm extremely upfront and transparent and anything that can even remotely be perceived as a conflict of interest I share in my disclosures which are in the description of every single video. I also actually hold all the tokens I share (if the project has a token). I have my own skin in the game, and am one of the few who share my overall portfolio gains vs cherry picking a single token that I might've gone up thousands of percent on while my overall portfolio is down.
I am overall up over 400% with my entire portfolio so far. I sold near the top last cycle and I bought less than a week from the bottom this cycle. If you have anything transparency wise I can be doing better let me know!

Out of curiosity what do you think about DESO project if it comes to decentralised socials?
I think right now the lead for Decentralized social is Farcaster, second is Lens but the meta for that sector is so early that hard to tell how other projects will play out. No opinion currently on DESO.

Hey Jesse, great video! Since you mentioned a lot of crypto projects, which ones have you personally invested in?
If they have a token and I mentioned them I'm probably invested in it. Can't remember off top of head since it's a long video, but this was my takes on top tokens for these narratives and so obviously if I believe that I'll hold the token.
Good tips, my head is spinning with all the options. One day shrap will awaken from its slumber. :-)
Yeah when crypto gaming rotates again but also when crypto gaming hits is when I expect it to really do well.

Got it at ETH Denver. It was hilarious as I forgot to mention them in the privacy and zk sections. I had to add them in after and only because when i was editing I saw my shirt.
Compared to other crypto UA-camrs, I think you have a lot more potential for upside in sub count.
You really break it down for total beginners taking them from 0 to 10.
Is see a lot of other crypto influencers still talking to their main sub base. With new users not under standing one bit.
(Been in crypto for some time) but still enjoy your vids because you, to catch up on things I miss.

Thanks! I try to still hit all the super complex things but just break it down so everyone understands it. The space is amazing, and hoping to show the average person that its far from a scam and there's actually a ton under the surface. But also recognize YT is basically 90% a cesspool with influencers using buzzwords to pump super small cryptos up their audience doesn't understand.

I personally don't like DOT, tech wise I don't think it's very good. It's insane hard to use as a user as well. That being said my knowledge of DOT is shallow. It's possible I'm missing something. But even the teams i've talked to who build on DOT don't like it and are looking to leave.

Thank you! I actually shared Akash over a year ago! It's up over 2000% since then. The video from a few months ago was just because I'm still super bullish on it. Still am today as well. I think once retail shows up its going way higher. Plus it gets listed on Coinbase tomorrow🥳

Yeah my bet is purely narrative with them. I just think AI going to get giga insane when the market heats up and they're smaller + building their own model which I think can short term = some decent upside potential. Long term would love to see it work out as well but more skeptical with most crypto ai projects.
@@jesseeckel2 Their AI model has been showing very consistent results. If it proves itself through a bear market then I would really think they have something great.

What do you think about pulse chain? I like it. There is a lot of controversy, but also a ton of upside potential.
I don't mean to offended but it's hot garbage tech wise. Market cap wise it's massive already and has limited upside potential IMO. Again not trying to offended but if it was me I'd do a ton more research and really make sure you're making the right call. Plenty of other places that to me make way more sense to have your money. Trying to offer my honest feedback, again good luck either way.
Jesse which one would you recommend for self custody, ledger or trezor and why?
Ledger just because you can use it with more things like Cosmos and Solana but I personally like trezor better.

I agree. Matic I think base case $80 billion, bull case $150 billion to $200 billion. Ultra bullish case $500 billion. IMX base case $50 billion, bull case $100 billion and ultra bullish cast $300 billion.
Base case is conservative
Ultra bullish case is hail mary everything goes perfect outcome
Is there potential in Seedify for gaming/ai launches?
I honestly don't have an opinion on it. So many different projects in the space I dig into the ones that catch my attention but there are many I'm sure quality ones that just don't. So this is just one I haven't looked into much. Looking at it briefly not super small but not super big. I remember we had this same concept last cycle. They did ok, but nothing too insane. Maybe they do better this cycle.

IMX, MATIC and AKT but I have like 50 tokens total in my portfolio.

what do you think of new convention ERC-404? Mix of NFTs and ERC-20 I heard
I mean it's a cool concept, basically tokenized NFT's so many people can own a slice of a single NFT. But also weird from a PFP perspective. Who uses the NFT, does everyone? Does that dilute the value?
Hey, can you make an Yieldnodes update?
I consider every cent I had with Yield Nodes to be gone. It was a huge mistake to get into it, I was a lot more degen back then and didn't understand the tech the way I do today. It's in part because of Yield Nodes, Strong, Terra Luna, etc that I decided I had to understand the tech behind what I was investing into so I didn't get fooled twice. If I get into any ponzi's this cycle I'll do it with eyes wide open and just to make money. I'll also call out the ponzi's as I see them.
But I guess to give a sliver of hope, I do get update emails from them from time to time saying they're doing things. I hope they really are, and I hope they held onto their BTC which should today be worth a fortune. It's possible, unlikely but possible. We'll see but like I said I assume I lost it all and anything I get back is just a bonus.

Gas fees have been way too high for staking matic natively on Ethereum every time i try. Is there a way to stake it natively on polygon's network or some other way?
There will be I'm sure once POL launches. Right now though not that I'm aware of. It is kind of an odd choice, lol.

You could spin up your own node using Stader. You don't have to pool your Matic with other people

Which 5 altcoins would you say you are most bullish on? From this video
Depends. My plays are risk adjusted. So for example I'm super bullish on Matic but because it's low risk and in comparison to that risk high upside. With that I'd say IMX as well same thing.
Then maybe AKT, PERC, ACX. Hard though could put others in that last slot just as easily. I'd say the first 4 though I'm pretty solid on.

I made a gamblefi video on it. I think I replied to you in another comment. Check that video and I have price targets. But keep in mind those are if it succeeds. Could easily also fail. Always account for that. It's like 1% of my portfolio.

It isn’t, but it’s a common misconception.
Where traditional leverage is based on an outside factor: price
Restaking is based on something you control: aka not doing bad things
You only get slashed if you do something to break the slashing conditions.
What’s likely to happen is at first the Restaking yields will truly be insane. But that will attract more capital and bring down the yield to something reasonable.

I have a few but I don't play it at scale like most people. Total I think I hold 4, ones close to $100 million. Ones close to $20 million. Ones around $700k (but it's more a Farcaster scenecoin than a memecoin, super bullish on that one) and ones just $20k, lol.
I don't share the smaller ones publicly though. Would skyrocket the price. Once they organically go up I'm sure I"ll share the story.

I made a video called "If I only had $1000 to invest my exact plan" I have two i'm talking about the one I made like last month. In it I go through my Airdrop plan. I'd maybe start off doing that, just because Airdrop hunting is a great way to learn. That plan in fact has already in a month or whatever for anyone who did it paid out $1000 in airdropped tokens. Talked to some guys today who did that.
I'd also though be investing into the market if it was me. Lots of upside still on the table and I wouldn't wanna just do airdrop hunting if it was me. I'd pick standard position sizes and start allocating into high conviction positions. Set rules for yourself and follow them, set an exit plan for yourself and follow it.
I have a how to invest in crypto for beginners video if you're interested. Even if you don't consider yourself an "beginner" there's plenty of valuable info in it that might be useful. Good luck!

I couldn't tell you what to do. Would say I still hold OP myself (proxy coin for BASE). But more bullish on POL (MATIC) and hold a much larger position personally.
Agg layer is insane, counting on people figuring that out this year.
Like 80% of the coins will lose their value forever.
I'd say probably closer to 90% of all tokens today will eventually lose their value. But between now and then many will go up quite a bit through 2025. That's why I play the cycle.

@@jesseeckel2 if you look at token terminal or Messari report back in Q1, 2021 DOT is the largest crypto held by size in some of the biggest companies. DOT also has the highest development activities across the crypto space and has events across the world like sub0 just held in Thailand. While is price action doesn't speak for what DOT is DOT is truly an undervalued crypto imo. Gavin is a bright individual and has been bringing good things into the space. Sadly as of this comment it seems like $DED that's in the Polkadot Chain seem to have brought some bad reputation but I'm hoping this clears out and DOT continues to perfom well going forward.

Prisma has been horrible so far. But that's just a bad investment. Do you expect me to somehow be a better investor than anyone else in history and never miss? Prisma was hacked and had a bad early investor who's been constantly selling and pushing down price. Things I couldn't know ahead of time or control. Despite that I'm still way up across my overall portfolio. That's because I'm diversified across multiple different positions. Prisma made up like 2% of my portfolio. Also not ready to count it out. The hack wasn't project ending and I'm hoping the sell pressure will end. We'll see.
Crypto investing is a lot like poker. You won't win every hand but with solid risk management and a good strategy you can win the overall game.
