One of the few dishes at Hoppers (Karan's restaurant) that actually tastes nice (I'll like to caveat by saying this opinion is someone of Sri Lankan heritage, who has eaten Sri Lankan dishes my entire life - his restaurants are always super busy, so his dishes must be nice for people who have never eaten Sri Lankan dishes before)
@@shardassolutions8547 Unfortunately no authenticate ones in central London that I know of. A few restaurants have opened up recently in central, but I haven't had the chance to visit them. If you're up around the northwest side of London, I would recommend Trinco Bay.
Rice and Curry is a SL take away across the road from Queensbury station on the Jubilee Line. The food is really good authentic SL cuisine. Hoppers is expensive for what it is.
I tried roasting bone marrow once, straight from the package(it came frozen) it gave off a revolting smell. Am i supposed to clean them before hand? and if so, how?
Really like this chef
