Wow thank you at meron na pong lutong daza. Meron po akong recipe book ng mom nyo chef. Gulagulanit na pero nagagamit ko pa rin po. So happy talaga ako kasi simple ang mga niluluto nyo ni Ms pat-p😊. I only noticed po medyo mahina ang audio nyo.

Chef Sandy Biringe from our province, Pampnga should be color green not YELLOW.
Sir Sandy, please take note, wala man pong dagat sa Pampanga. How can there be a port there ?....
Tama ka that we do not have a sea nearby. But during the spanish time, pampanga river is so wide and big that big boats and ship can pass through it. If you watched the documentary of Kara David and studies from HAU Centre for Campangan Studies, this fact is well documented. So tama si Zandy D., ships can pass through pampangan through Wawa (Guagua). So there were ports in Guagua pampanga at that time.
parang di hyper sa episode na to, medyo seryoso as opposed to other episodes.
Tenga po ng baby ang gamit ng Ima(mother) ko noong buhay pa po sya.
We Kapampangans never incorporate mayonnaise in your sisig recipes. Aling Lucing no mayonnaise and Milas's no mayonnaise. I respect, this is your version though but most Kapamgpangans would laugh it off eating our very own Sisig with Mayonnaise.
I am surprised that the owner of Mila's claimed that she invented tokwa't baboy. I think you misinterpreted her. Maybe she said that her version of tokwa't baboy came about at a certain time and in certain circumstances. Also, we, Capampangans do no claim that our food is delicious and that we are great cooks. ACTUALLY, it is the none- Capampangans who would say that we are great cooks and that our food is delicious. This is a very common experience for us Campangans. But what we claim is that Capampangans are very particular when it comes to food and cooking: we always want the best and complete ingredients; we do not rush when we cook our food; we know what is delicious and we spend for it; and cooking and delicious food is very important for us. And yes, we, Capampangans are very proud of our province and heritage. We are proud to say that we are Capampangans.
