I like the look at the Cyber Ninja apparel but not the mask. I don't know what they are thinking of doing a Dog head thats just crazy! I don't too high an opinion on Red Dragon Block or the so called Legendary missions! What do you guys think?

Legendaries do look easier judging by the damage they were doing and how quick dogs and purples were downed but what's really good about these legendaries is that they are possible to do in our game, Massive just doesn't want to do it Red Dragon Block is a good thing for them, looks like a good mode to grind for the materials they need. It's a bit like Warframe where you can pay or grind for resources and get upgrades

This is just strange... Legendary Potomac is fun and all, but It looks like they just re-skinned Outcast to White Tusk & give them more health and made them more agressive + added some bosses. His LMG is cool - but it hits only aroun 300k per shot... it's less than GR9 in US version of Division 2.... and on the other hand... purpule gear in legendary mission? That's just wrong.... Still cosmetics in this version looks amazing.
@@DoubleOhBehave yeah a total reskin. All gear has to be levelled up to lvl 40 so they need mats I think that’s the likely reason as to why purples and blues drop. Also I’ve seen that lmg hit over 3m per shot on some Chinese builds so that know it incredibly over powered.

I would not be suprised if all the effort goes to china version from main devs also.

I don't think it's a reskin because outcast are pretty erratic and dumb, at least those tusk showed some kind of coordination
