I doubt you are social unaware, so you did it, I'm guessing, to be provocative - but Nicole notes it and shrugs, so she's not taking the bait. If Nic bothers to recall you at all you may find you get a cool shoulder next time you try to interview her.

They are standing on an elevated platform to make them appear taller as you noticed Charlize was lower when she first approached Nicole. Charliz is said to be 5'10" so Nicole would be about 5' 11" to 6' foot tall as only a little taller than Charlize.
Crashed? The interviewer 'introduced' Charlize into their conversation. It was clear that Charlize had her own interview, at least let Nicole and Charlize finish their respective conversations then maybe you can include both. I found that very disrespectful.
