I always imagined future me singing this song to me, and if I could go back in the past I would sing this for her. She deserves to know that her worth is not dependant on others, and she is perfect the way she is. She doesn't need to tear herself down to make others happy. This is a true reminder of High School and its too good to miss. It's not much initially, but it's a lot deeper than most would think. The underlying themes are relatable and I suggest people to look at it for something different in the romcom genre.
