Financial accountability, risk aversion, emergency funds, drafting principles….boundaries…where has this been? Great to have Tom Telesco at Henderson quarters.

Exactly wasn’t a big fan in the beginning just to vanilla for me. But he’s an actual insider and knows what’s happening behind the scenes. Was annoyed that we haven’t had someone like that for this organization. Never knew truly what the Raiders were up to. Just would depend on ESPN and rumors that were hardly ever true.

I love the part about LT and how now a RT is just as important and how hard it is to find them I want Fuaga so bad and i'm afraid the bolts are going to trade back with the Vikings and grab him at 11 Fuaga is a total beast and will be an all-pro many times over his career.

I want Fuaga too, but Latham could be real good

@@user-zk3tg1ws4qthey’re both great but I think Latham would struggle a lot against NFL speed. Fuaga gots some solid movement

The Draft Dicta he laid out there deserves a serious Wow. That's the kind of insight that's just not shared by people during their work. Terrific stuff.

BP is the man. Hearing his knowledge and wisdom about the game is so golden . 17:25 tells us Tony Dungys philosophy, what he looked for in players.

Always respected Bill Polian as a NFL personnel man. Let's roll out the "Yellow Jacket" names, Bruce Smith, Biscuit Bennett, Andre Reed, Thruman Thomas and Bryce Paup who should have a jacket. All played under Polian. This interview was very insightful as a Raiders fan. Those 21 minutes of the interview was enjoyable and Thank you Hondo!

People dont want to hear this but Jayden Daniels isnt worth more than a 2nd round pick. Brian Kelly has made a great career at taking AVERAGE QBs and winning a lot of games with them. Zaire, Deshon Kizer, Tommy Rees, Ian Book, etc. Were all incredibly bad after leaving college. JD is right there with them. Thats why AP just smiles and talks his former player up. He knows he aint worth what someone is gonna get for him. But he's never said "We're gonna go get him!" I believe Drake May and Penix are the two Qbs who will be the most successful. Judging by the numbers only 2 will get starting QB money for the 2nd contract. That means trading away 5 or 6 potential gamechangers (3 1st/3 2nds) for that one player thats probably going to fail is a HORRIBLE idea. Theres already 2 starters in that QB room. You trade up to get a QB then suddenly you have 3 starters in there and no picks for the future. It was nice knowing you Tom and AP but you're fired if you trade up to get Jayden Daniels. The RIGHT thing to do is to draft 2 positional starters in round 1 and 2. Corners and OL work for me. Then in round 3 if a QB you can develop for a couple years and maybe turn into a starter is there, take him.
This is coming from someone who's seen JD play multiple times live and actually watched over 12 full games. I've watched ONE highlight film of him. I can make a HL clip of the worst Qb of my favorite college team and make him look like he was a 2nd round pick. Stop being delusional smooth brains about this.

It's a crap shoot, people trying to make educated guesses and as Hondo says, good teams draft good players the right way (Not exactly but roundabout way he says it LOL). I was never much for betting the farm for the golden goose who doesn't lay the type of eggs the team would like when he gets to the NFL.

Tom had the Chargers in cap hell he's far from great at negotiating contracts. Tom built 0 championship conteding teams for the Chargers. He is more of a question mark than a solution.

You're one of the "Trade everything for JD!" people then huh? You'd rather hear 25 different twisted up ideas on how the raiders could do this or that. How Jayden Daniels is the next mahomes. Bla bla bla. Im sorry but everything there is to know about the first 15-20 picks is ALREADY KNOWN. Bill is based in reality. The reality is that Jayden Daniels should be a 3rd round pick. Brian Kelly can make a college scrub look like a competent player which is what he made JD look like. We're not drafting JD, we're not making 10 trades, we're probably going to draft a boring pick at 13.
