Animal rescuer here. If you want you can get a humane trap for the dog. It’s a metal trap that snaps shut after they walk inside and press the trigger. (Does not hurt animal just makes it so they can’t escape) All you have to do it put food inside and wait. We use these when we are TNRing cats but they can be used for dogs as well. You just have to make sure you check the trap regularly. you don’t want to dog to be left alone in the trap for too long. I also recommend putting a towel over the trap. It makes it feel more like a den for the dog and he won’t get so spooked.
You know what might work. When you see the puppy sit out there with the food and put some around you. That way he sees yours aren’t a threat. He may get close enough for you to grab him. It may take a few tries but if you chase him he will run. Let him come to you. Patience.
Even talking about using a blush up in its entirety every four months is crazy talk to me 😂 You would be the only person who could do it!! It takes me about a year or so, more or less, to use up a full size blush. I am very pale though, so I have to be careful not to overdo makeup. That poor stray dog situation is disturbing and upsetting. I hope it has a happy ending. Please give us an update when you can.
I wonder if the peachy blush could work as a corrector? Maybe mixed with a concealer to tone it down. I believe Sarah Rose was the one I saw do this with a liquid blush
The blush/powder combo looks so good! With the spring season, the blushy cheeks is such a cute look and a good way to get a lot of use out of the product
I have been using my cream blush as a cream eyeshadow and because it is very peachy I set it with some white shadow to tone it down a bit and just apply eyeliner and mascara. Xxxxxx

You can lighten with face lotion if you like using a tinted moisturizer. Maybe go out with your dogs if the dog is scared of people.
