I understand where your coming from. My fear of doing presentations in front of classes mixed with my overall social anxiety really made me not put in my entire effort in uni. Going to an American uni where they force high school level classes as “general education” really just drained me and put me in a position where I just wanted to enjoy my time there. It’s been a year since I graduated and I’m still trying to find out what I want to do because I just don’t know. I was going to work towards becoming a doctor. However, everything I get attracted to gets boring extremely quick to me and I just can’t see myself sticking with it for the longer term. Thanks for sharing!
Broken, I remember when you posted about having "issues" for lack of better words. I LOVE your videos and I especially LOVE your ones on BF1. I am 60 years old and LOVE your channel and really, really appreciate how very good at this game you are! I still play BF1 to this day and it never gets old! I wish you the very best and I will continue watching all of your videos like I have for several years now! As you say, "Don't worry about it!".
Battlefield 1 was the first battlefield I played and that is when I fell in love with the franchise. Then people told me about bf4 I never played it and watched videos of it and I could just tell that I missed out on that game
I watched you when I first started playing bf1 in 2016 or 2017 and watched you for a couple years. Since 2019 I took a massive break from battlefield, moving to overwatch, cod and apex. With all 3 of those games being either f*cked (overwatch), repetitive (apex), or just losing my interest (cod), I came back to bf1. When I did that I came back to your channel and I was very happy to see you still making videos. I love watching your montages, and when I play I try and be as good as you. I know it sounds corny, but you make a big difference to my bf1 experience! So thank you.
Alot of things that happen in our lives is all about timing. Sometimes it's better to take step back and realize at this point in time this certain scenario isn't the best for me and maybe that requires quitting whatever it is. At the end of the day try to make yourself happy cause no one is going to do it for you. Glad i've had the privilege of watching you The Broken Machine, you seem like a good dude good luck with future endeavors.
Keep holding on and fighting brothers! Life gets better. You get stronger. Just make sure to have the strength to make the necessary changes and take the steps you need to, whatever they might be.
I was able to watch your streams during work, which would help me keep calm with all the work I had to do. In the last year or two my work has restricted any Live videos and even some of the videos that aren't live. Sadly it's got me away from seeing a lot of your videos now since i can't watch during the Live streams. But keep on making and we'll keep on watching!!
Just to make it clear: there is absolutely NO problem with being a quitter. I'd rather try and quit 20 careers than stick with the first one and then realize I don't like what I do. Change your path as many times as you need as long as you can make sure that you'll do what you truly love and make you feel passionate
If you quit at the first time trying something due to not liking it off the bat, you will never know what you can accomplish. I understand your sentiment as well though

UA-cam seems to be in a proper slump right now. I see content creators/businesses with huge followers that used to pull in hundreds of thousands of views on videos that now struggle to get a fraction of that. I don't know whether viewing habits are changing again after Covid, but for me personally, I am much more likely to support a creator who maintains an online presence over one who sporadically throws out a video. I'm not suggesting at all that creators should burn the candle at both ends, but I think most people tend to gravitate towards consistency. Having 407,000+ people subscribe to you is a testament to who and what you are. You've basically persuaded over 400,000 individuals that what you do is worth watching again and again, which is an insane achievement when you think about it.
Good to give others in life a golden bridge to walk away, take stock readjust... and ... also remember to go easy on ourselves, give ourselves the same amount of awareness.
