The tiles needed protecting from the grit or they will be scratched. You have so much cardboard to do this but they failed. Also no spacers on the tiles

Hey to be honestly I am a plumber myself.. Your house is nice but why are you installing toilets and basin before tiling mmmmm it's old fashion. These days we design modern bathrooms with means the bathroom will be nice....
